Staybridge Suites Florence - Civic Center by IHG

First time at Staybridge was great! The room was clean and spacious. I love seeing a refrigerator and kitchenette. Oh my and the setup for breakfast was to die for. Various choices to chose from was something I really enjoyed.

I visited this hotel twice before and the one of those times wasn't a great experience. However, the third time was the charm. Everything was awesome! Check inwas easy. The front desk attendants were very friendly. The room was clean. However, the breakfast was the best! There's a wide variety of items and the breakfast staff is quite helpful.

It was amazing! The dinner, the pool, the gym, the breakfast, the suite... we enjoyed EVERYTHING aboit our stay!

The room was spacious and cozy. It is close to lots of restaurants and a Target which is a great convenience.

Everything was just fine. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Cleaning detergent smell was a little strong in the room but guess that is much better than many other smells!! Everything was just fine and enjoyed the large room with the kitchen.

Clean room. Great for families with young kids as there are 2 rooms and a kitchen. Nice pool with 1 foot shallow section before steps leading down to the 3 foot-5foot area.

What a beautiful hotel . Staybridge Hotel truly feels like home away from home. It was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent hospitality, and the continental breakfast offered a variety of delicious food. I will gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends who appreciate quality, comfort, and outstanding service.

Staff are outstanding, however we had to move rooms (3) times. First time was due to missed bedsheets that were not changed out, the second time the AC was out in the room. We had to pack up and move (4) kids each time after a 10 hour drive , not fun. And we weren’t given a discount, just an apology. So I give them (3) stars as the last room was clean, and breakfast was great.

Staff was great good sense of humor late at night. But not my favorite place to stay.

Every thing was perfect. The food was delicious. The parking was good. The room was clean and spacious. I loved everything. I will be back next year

Our “go to”place half way between Florida and VA#. Bid queen mattress . Like a big marshmallow and woke up with painful back

The location, the staff- very sweet breakfast and front desk staff. The beds were uncomfortable, and the sofa had a bed in it which made it hard to sit on
