Room was clean and nice. Halls were a bit musty and dirty. Toilet sat way to low to ground. Saw people going in and out side door without a key, the door was left propped open so I kind of wondered about that. Otherwise it was quiet and had a good stay.

It was easy to get to, and easy to get to the airport in the morning No way to adjust the temperature in the room. Pool was out of service.

My room had water on the floor by the air conditioner. There was dirt all over the fooor. There was no trash can in the room. The bathroom light flickered the entire time it was on. The AC was barely making cool air and it was set on 62. When I got to the hotel I had initially requested a wheelchair accessible room and he informed me that he could not accommodate that because I booked thru a third party. I then asked if I could have a room on the main level as my daughter is in a wheelchair and my son has difficulty walking and he said no all he had was rooms on the third floor “but my room was close to the elevator” I feel like he was not being truthful because there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. I went to check out breakfast before we left and did not end up getting anything because there were gnats flying around in the bread and bagel cabinet and the eggs and sausage were burnt on the edges. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime and this was by far the worst I’ve ever been in. I chose it due to the proximity to my kids doctors appointment but will definitely not choose it again.

Please don’t stay at this horrible hotel. I’m not sure of what’s going on with it but me and my family will never stay there again. We stayed 3 nights because it was closer to the family that we were visiting.
