Minor problems: room was clean enough - but could have been cleaner. Hallways were somewhat hot. Bathroom had no fan so got hot and steamy even with a relatively cool shower. (But the room stayed cool). Overflow in the shower was hanging half off. TV remote was finicky from one bed and useless from the other. But, in the end, no serious problems. For the price, I'd probably stay there again.

The hotel was average but the staff was excellent.

Very clean, great staff and very convenient.

Although many rooms were being repaired, it looked like they were removing carpet and putting new flooring in a little bit noisy. But given that it will update the rules, it was not an inconvenience and shows that they care about Keeping the hotel updated and clean

His staff was unbelievably.\n Helpful.\n My situation was very difficult as I had just lost my husband and sold my home and was basically staying in a hotel. Until my housing was worked out. I had somehow booked the wrong date through a third party and couldn't get my refund back right away. Staff went ahead and let me stay in my room until A couple hours went by, and it was posted\n The kindness I will never forget. And I really needed that in the moment.\n Where can I express how appreciative and grateful? I am with that particular staff member whose name I don't know. But she knows who she is, and I will forever remember her.The hotel was always clean.Breakfast was great and appreciated.All other staff was kind as well

The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town.

The location to the event we attended No trash cans in room, iron kept turning on and off, bathroom hairdryer under sink, too short to dry hair. Breakfast was terrible

Terrible location. Someone had their car broke into right when we got there. We reserved a King room and they did not have it available and wanted to give us two double bed room. When we got to the room, it looked like the outlet in the bathroom had caught on fire and the room was not clean and there were cigarette burn marks in the carpet.

No microwave in the room , but a small refrigerator was a plus..
