Check-in was terrible we had to wait outside for thirty minutes to have someone even let me Marvin in. The tv didn't work correctly. Customer service was rude! Would not recommend to anyone.

I never stayed there. They were overbooked, and they waited until the last minute, close to check-in time to call me because of them I didn’t have no where to go. Unprofessional

Staff were rude and wouldn't honor our reservation. Tried to force an upgrade on us. Disrespectful. We didn't stay.

The key worked to the door The staff is rude as hell!!!! The funny looking property manager is rude as hell! Absolutely no people skills!

This hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Luckily the lady at the front desk let me look at the room before I continued with my reservation and I walked right back to the front desk and canceled right away. They were very pleasant about it but I do not recommend this property.

I really liked the staff. They treat you like family! & always make sure that I'm comfortable and safe, They also fix anything that needs fixed within an hour of me telling them. there's not much that I can say I didn't like about it.

Day 1 - Early checkin required by 6:30pm. Random room inspections performed by both staff including maintenance crew. Felt invasive and evasive. Rationale: Informed inspections required because people break stuff on the way out the door. Trash bags surrounding commercial garbage bin. Required to ask for permission to checkout by noon even if previously approved by issuing company.

The girl at the front desk never said you couldn’t smoke or light candles i got put out because of that and they also have people with pets that’s not allowed but are still allowed there .

The room had bugs they don’t give you clean towels

Whole property needs an overhaul and update and a deep cleaning. Staff was pleasant considering their working conditions.

It was awful. First got there. Didn't check in because they didn't even have the room ready. Would never recommend to stay there Everything?

Staff was nice, room was okay, they could really use some upgrades.
