La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. Louis Hazelwood/ North

There was hair on the sheet, when I reported it, I was given sheets to change them, I said "I don't work here' so I was given another room. Ther shower didn't even give hot water, I called about it and was told I could take a one in another room. Who does that??!!

Clean sheets, towels, air worked good. Clean restroom. The door locked didn’t engage though. Had a bar lock as well.

The breakfast Have ice bucket and ice in the machine for the floor I was on.

Staff was nice Room wasn't clean, smelled like wet dog. Sink and shower were dirty. Doors were difficult to open and close.

No pool, poor breakfast.

Not clean, very dirty rooms. Seen cockroaches in room.

Nothing Staff and cleanness. Rooms were so dirty, non-smoking Rooms were smelling smoke

The hotel isn’t bad had little odor. There was hole in our covers from burn also ants were in our room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very accommodating of clients needs.

I liked how fast the front desk answer calls and responded to problems there’s also a washer/dryer which was pretty conveniently There was an issue with my first room the shower wasn’t leveled and water was going all over so I had to request for a room change

Right off the Highway, breakfast was nice Furniture and carpet run down

Honestly. Nothing. It was awful. Upon entering there were ripped up cushions on the lobby chairs. Our room had broken metal baseboards, bathroom door knob was hanging off, several lights did not work, broken towel rack in bathroom, dirty bathtub, ripped up desk chair, dirty and scratched up furniture (looked like an animal scratched it up), blinds broken, and something spilled on the walls and dried. Was also charged a mandatory $150 incidental fee upon checking in, prior to seeing our room.

The price. The cleanliness of the room!! And the tub made noises like it was going to break while I was in the shower. Also the housekeeper knocked on my door at 9am, when check out is 11am!! He woke me up, so rude.

Pics on hotels.com are no representative of real life. Like they edited the pics. Breakfast was terrible and a main point of getting a room there was the need of infant crib. Which they say they have on hotels, but once there we were assured they did not have them.
