La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. Louis Hazelwood/ North

It was a overall well stay jus didn't get any new towels or rags the 4 nights we were there and had to tell them when we wanted house keeping to clean

The cleanliness was very good, except for a dirty spot on the bed cover on one of the beds and some dust near the baseboard. The other two problems were: 1. The door was very tight, and 2. The power outlets by the bed were not usable; however, other power outlets were usable. Another thing was that there was no hair dryer. The free Wi-Fi was fast, and the water was hot; although we had to run it for some time before it was hot, and the air conditioning was good. They also have a free gym and an ice maker, and the staff was polite and helpful.

The sink was full of hair, the shower had mold as well as the air conditioner. The chair in the room was very very dirty. The towels in the bathroom had someone's hair on them, and the bed looked like someone else slept in it. The curtain had holes in it as well. The clock was also turned around, as if someone did not clean and reset the room before we stayed in it.

was broken off of the top hing so you had to lift up on the door to open and close! The room decor has not been updated for some time ( was like stepping back into the 70’s) Had a smell of mildew! Was very unsatisfied for it carrying the Wyndham Lable!

The breakfast was locked off by the time I went down. I think the breakfast should end at least by 11am. Other than that everything was good!

Hotel needs maintenance. Breakfast was good tho!!

Beautiful room, shower, breakfast, place. I would stay at la Quinta again.

I liked that the room had a fridge and a microwave

They need to do a refresh on the hallway carpets one thing I found unusual was the height of the bed.

Very old location. Rooms outdated and not cleaned (vacuumed). I cleaned my own restroom (tub and toilet) at check-in. Never located housecleaning

I had a pleasant stay, the staff were nice, they offered free breakfast with great coffee. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the area.

The room was nice and the staff was great. Neither my TV nor phone worked so a guy came up and fixed the TV but not the phone. Also, there are no hair dryers in the room, which was disappointing.

I love that they have a complimentary breakfast. The water pressure is super strong which I really loved. Staff were super nice and inviting. I’ve stayed here twice now, when I come to Saint Louis, this is where I will be staying from now on.

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was not the usual breakfast of à la Quinta in. The bear was so hard. I got no rest and my room smell like marijuana from the time I got there to the time I left the only good thing about this hotel was it had hot water?

The guy at the front desk was nice. But the place is very old looking. The room was really bad! Black mold on the ceiling in corner, no hot water for shower. I waited 20 minutes before just taking a cold shower. AC was broken. Two units, but one on the wall not working, the floor one was very old and gross looking. La Quinta is usually always so good for me, but honestly this was pretty bad! Unfortunately I was so tired from driving 13hrs I just went to bed and left at 1AM. Super gross

This place was just ok. It’s fine if you’re just needing a place to stop and sleep. The bedroom area looked as if it had been recently updated but the bathroom area did not at all. We were given a pet friendly room and it smelled awful, like a barnyard.
