Best Western St. Louis Airport North Hotel & Suites

Every staff member we interacted with was phenomenal. But, a main reason we chose this hotel was for the electric vehicle charging that it is supposed to have. There is only one, and it’s broken.

Convenient and clean place to stay. It changed ownership so there is a $120 hold on credit card that I wasn’t use to.

Superb

Roaches, breakfast cleaned up before the 9am time, bathroom closed (im pregnant) so they make people go all the way up to their rooms.

Was in Town to see my parents and everything was great

The hotel advertised itself as pet friendly, but turned me away at check-in because of a new “no cats” policy. This was extremely frustrating after a long day of travel.

I THINK THAT THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT , EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL. THE BREAKFAST COULD OF HAD AFEW MORE ITEMS

Im a hotel snob everything was fully booked we found a room here i was pleasantly surprised hotel was nice, clean, staff was friendly bed was comfortable.

My daughter and I were traveling with her three small children. We spent the day at the zoo and was looking forward to a restful evening at the hotel. Had the three-year-old in the five-year-old in the bath the seven month old was fussy and staff came knocking on the door threatening to make us leave. If we did not quiet down mind you it wasn’t even 8 o’clock at night we had literally been at the hotel for an hour and within an hour of getting the baby to sleep other guests we’re playing music so loudly they woke the baby up so then we were fearful that we would be kicked out because our baby was crying. I would not recommend staying there.

Breakfast was good, bed comfortable location

Yes, it was dingy, gross, old, the room smelled, the furniture was so old and not well taken care of, the light fixture was broken, there were strange pieces of the headboards that were chipped away. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in decades.

The property was not what others had stated in the reviews. It doesn’t look like the what the pictures depicted when making the reservation. It was old, the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The first room we were placed the shower didn’t work. The refrigerator and the iron in the second room didn’t work.

Disappointing

Location was pretty good The ac barely worked we were hot most of the night. The room walls and floors had lots of stained and missing paint.

Exceptional

liked the linens in bathroom but would prefer walk in shower. breakfast items were stale and not replenished. yogurt machine did not work. we ate breakfast at a Dennys instead

The location was very good. The breakfast was very basic with limited choices. The yogurt machine was not working and there was no peanut butter so there was only 1 choice for protein and I don't want sausage links. Good apples. It was odd that the elevator inspection & how to address emergency situations plaque was totally missing.
