Best Western St. Louis Airport North Hotel & Suites

The riug was wet under the air conditioner in one room.

Parking was only small area in front Clean rooms not that clean , carpet ,beds uncomfortable

Very clean staff was very nice

I've been coming here for the last two yrs but today was my last time staying roaches in bathroom room smelled like mold breakfast was horrible only eggs and biscuits they stated they ran out of meat and coffee was out as well but you charging over 150 per night plus a high deposit im beyond missed and staff worse nonchalant im just disappointed

Breakfast was lacking - many items were out and coffee machine was broken. Management didn’t assist to refill items. TV remote did also not work properly - couldn’t turn down volume. Will nit be returning to this location.

Have stayed at this property on several occasions the last couple of years and have never had to pay $150 a night deposit until now. Then for breakfast how is the coffee machine combo only have decaf and regular coffee out of order.

The other room there was a roach in the tub at 4am and the rug was not properly vacuumed with used broken rubber bands on the floor, and trash in the corners along the baseboard that was visible. The television also glitched horrible for a long time with not being able to watch for hours. They were taking the breakfast away before the time. And knocking on people door before check out. With both rims and deposits I spent over $600 and the rooms should have been in better condition.

The breakfast was fine, nice looby and elevator. The hall stunk like marijuana and people were loud

The hotel was very nice. Clean, staff was very helpful, only wish the pool was a bit bigger and maybe a hot tub. But otherwise perfect

It sucked

On my way to the hot, my vehicle tire a problem. I was stuck on the highway for about 3 hours. I called expedia, and they contacted the hotel. The hotel was willing to either move my check out time up or reserved the room for the following day. They were exceptional!!!

Breakfast is poor. Cheapest utensils on the planet. Everything is cheap, paper plates, bowls …food… Everything is cheap cheap cheap. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm. Asked for late check out because of our infant. They gave us 30 min. 11:30 instead of 11:00. It’s a joke. Then at 11:00 am a knock, we didn’t answer. Then few minutes later a guy comes and nearly broke the door knocking and saying check out 11:00. Apparently he was never made aware we asked for late checkout. Poorly run hotel. I am never staying here again. Do not recommend

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room made a noticeable difference. The hotel’s amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. I truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and high level of service throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Our room only had one bath towel, the floor was sticky, the bathroom faucet was barely a trickle, and the light didn’t work in the shower/bathtub.

Front Desk Lady was Over bearing and very disrespectful!! Never checked in!! Demanding a refund

The downside: The walls were kind of thin, so you could hear others pretty easily, but luckily it was pretty quiet. My biggest turnoff was the carpet in the room. There were a couple places that I stepped on barefooted that you could tell had not been cleaned properly. And the lighting in the bathroom was kind of dim. Overall it was a good stay, but for the price they charge, I feel like it could be updated a little more.
