Best Western St. Louis Airport North Hotel & Suites

The downside: The walls were kind of thin, so you could hear others pretty easily, but luckily it was pretty quiet. My biggest turnoff was the carpet in the room. There were a couple places that I stepped on barefooted that you could tell had not been cleaned properly. And the lighting in the bathroom was kind of dim. Overall it was a good stay, but for the price they charge, I feel like it could be updated a little more.

We booked a suite 2 queens and a double pull out sofa bed for 6 of us. It is NOT a double or a sofa. It is an oversized chair and a twin. Made sleeping arrangements interesting. The pool was cold. The phone in our room didn’t work. Lights burned out in bathroom. We had to ask for sheets for the chair bed, room came with 3 towels so we had to ask for more. Not the worst but expected better from this chain.

Bad area, outdated, door had to be leaned against to fully shut to be able to lock, sink bathroom sink leaking below the counter. Positives: nice staff, clean

Helpfull staff, clean rooms

The family suite was good, kids had their own space Surrounding neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but everything was ok during the stay. Did have to let front desk know that there was possibly someone smoking neat our room.

Breakfast was not fully ready. Sausage was way overcooked. No bacon at all. Yogurt machine did not work. Guest next door to our room was arguing and screaming most of the night. Pool water cloudy and did not appear clean. So much could have been better. All stated above.

Clean, pool was nice, not terribly far from downtown The breakfast was kind of weak. The yogurt machine was broken, so no yogurt of any kind. Apple was out for multiple days. They only provided plain bagels. They only put out gravy for the biscuits on weekends. When I asked about it, they didn’t seem to care, when I provided feedback to corporate the lady who called me wanted to offer compensation instead of just telling them to put gravy out every day.
