I was awakened by housekeeping at 7am, 8am and 9am (check out time was not until 11am). The 1st two times I was told it was a “room check”, so I put the do not disturb sign up and they knocked again at 9am for another “room check”. Upon checkout, I explained to the manager that they knocked when the do not disturb sign was up, along with the TWO earlier times, and she sternly barked “ It’s REQUIRED”. No, we were there for only ONE night. I have NEVER been to a hotel where a “room check” was required 3 times for someone spending ONE night, especially starting at 7am. If you enjoy being woken up at the crack of dawn after flying for over 12 hours and love hateful staff, then this is the hotel for you!

2ND ROOM HAD SOMEONE IN IT, ALREADY 3RD ROOM WAS GOOD. BUT LUCKY SOMEONE CANCELLED THEIR RESERVATION, OR I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD A ROOM.

Staff not welcoming. WiFi not working, breakfast not available at 8:50 even though it advertised available till 9 am.

I did not stay because I requested a handicap accessible room and there was not one available. The hotel was also difficult to find because there was absolutely NO NAME ON THE BUILDG AT ALL!!! That was very weird. I did not stay because they could not accommodate our needs. They said I had to cancel thru Expedia. I bought insurance in case things went wrong & they did. I found a different hotel that could accommodate my husband who uses a wheel

The staff was nice, check in was easy and the sheets were soft. There were only throw pillows on the bed, the air conditioner squeaked so loudly we had to turn if off to sleep, one of the draw handles on the desk was half broken off, and the smoke alarm in our room had been removed.

Money than they already are! I come to Jackson OFTEN but WILL NOT be back at any pace that charges extra for breakfast and not even have breakfast. We went out of our way to stay there because of the breakfast it was very disappointing
