Great room and awesome breakfast.

Not too bad as far as the cleanliness …but definitely over priced

Room is barebones. No towel rack (!!??). No power outlets for a laptop. Bed looks nice, but the mattress is soft and lumpy. You get food by ordering from Door Dash or Grub Hub, but the hotel is so out of the way that it takes them an hour-and-a-half to make the delivery.

Great staff, conveniently located, good price. The bad is the air conditioner leaked, soaked a 4x4 foot portion of the carpet and wet some of my clothes, Then the air conditioning is noisy as well as the extractor fan in the bathroom, overall this the staff was professional and helpful, lots of airplane noises when they take off so expect sleep to be disturbed, they can probably do a better job to sound proof the rooms since you hear your neighbours easily.

Continental breakfast was good

Air conditioner did not work we sweated all night. The staff only offered us a fan and said they had no other rooms to switch us with. We tried opening a window but it's on a busy street and the noise was to loud. We wanted to speak to a manager and the staff only gave us a email address. We emailed the manager and no response we switched hotels promptly. We got no apologies or explanations from hotel staff only a fan.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was very well maintained and centrally located. I was able to check in and catch an uber to a Mets game easily and arrived in under 20 mins

Too many missing packages

Booked for 2 nights stay. On the first night, water started pouring inside room from AC unit at midnight. Had to shut off the AC unit. We, the whole family, remained awake due to smell of wet carpet & without cooling as there was no other room available. Next day hotel engineer visited & concluded that it was rain water which got inside the room. Had to sleep in the same wet & smelly room for second night as well because hotel wouldn't shift us to another room on the pretext that there is no other room available. Really terrible experience for our family.

The biggest downside is the location. It’s fairly isolated, with very little within a reasonable walking distance (most restaurants or stores are 20+ minutes away), so plan on using transportation if you want to explore or grab food. The water in the shower gets extremely hot, so be careful when adjusting the temperature. There was also noticeable noise from nearby construction and planes at times, which could be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I’d stay here again for a quick airport stay or business trip, but probably not if I wanted to spend time exploring the city with my family.

Grateful we were able to check in early. Breakfast was average.

of course this wasn’t a fancy hotel but it was clean. Staff was nice easy parking and not far from anything. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast is standard and good, also managed pretty well by a friendly staff member. Best part is they have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport in the mornings and 1 hour later in the day. Driver was very good and really guided me through the airport

Parking off street is extremely limited. Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel worn down but beds very comfortable.

Clean hotel and helpful staff. Location was ideal and free breakfast in the morning was nice.

Arrived too late for the shuttle but Empower Ride from LGA to the hotel was very affordable
