The room was good for what I needed for. It was an overnight stay close to the airport , it is very small. Property was clean. Staff was available for check in. Very little parking on the property. No breakfast.
-
Very small rooms... However, it was clean and oddly comfortable.

Great small cozy hotel. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel which connects to the Flushing main street 7 train in 10 minutes. House cleaning is top, room very neat & clean.

No wifi.

No ironing boa

Hotel is ran down…. Extremely old and needs a lot of work.

The shower didn't work

This is New York, so don't expect oversized rooms, but this property made great use of the space. The rooms were clean and well kept, there were plenty of towels, and the hot water was consistent. It was perfect for our short stay and just minutes from LaGuardia Airport. Overall, it was a great value for the location.

I didn’t like it at all, it was very dirty and it is fouling a part the bed was dirty and a lot of stains
-
Wallpaper coming off walls. Headboard filthy. Carpet filthy. Curtains filthy.
-
It was nice for what it was

The picture should two double beds…we were given a very small room with one bed, peeling wallpaper and major construction outside. Convenient for Airport, but not a great stay.

Charged me for a room but then last minute moved our rooms and downgraded it to a room without air conditioning without compensation

This hotel is the best to use as a landing zone when attending concerts at metlife. It is a little out of the way, about a ten minute walk to the flushing main street subway stations, but the trade off is worth it for the access to parking. The staff are great and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and often quiet. It's very easy to get things door dashed, never had an issue. The pricing is great for the location and a private bathroom. Air conditioner works great!

Room was really small and dirty, saw some roaches, customer service was rude, receptionist not very helpful, very limited space to park. Don’t book this hotel, you’ll just regret it.

I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I visit my family, but my most recent stay was awful. The room was about $80 more expensive than what I usually pay, yet we were given what felt like the worst room in the hotel, located in the basement. The soundproofing was terrible—we could hear everything from the rooms next door as if the other guests were inside our room. The carpet was filthy, there was a strong smell of cat urine from the moment we walked in, and the air conditioner made an incredibly loud noise throughout our stay. This used to be our go-to hotel whenever we visited New York (about once every three months), but this experience was enough to make it our last stay. If I’m going to pay $180 for one night, I’d rather stay somewhere cleaner, quieter, and with parking included. The carpet was filthy, there was a strong smell of cat urine from the moment we walked in, and the air conditioner made an incredibly loud noise throughout our stay.

I like the price and quick check in I didnt like that i was in the basement almost and the beds had stains, the bathroom wasn't clean, the carpet was dirty and there was a taped up door that was uncomfortable to see.when i checked out it looks like someone hit my car in the parking lot and scratched it

Everything was different how looks on pictures on booking

Just a place to sleep in very tight and costly!
