Flushing Garden Hotel

We were given a basement room that smelled strongly of mold. The shower curtain and bed skirt had visible mold, and the room had several cracks and was not clean, with hair left behind. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Not a bad place for the price. Room, bedding and bathroom were clean, it was quiet, and it had everything you need. Old but not in disrepair. I would stay again. Room is quite small with only a little left after the king bed. How water and tea, but no coffee, not even instant. Parking was free but there are only about 7 spaces so you have to be lucky to get one. Probably a little further from DT Flushing than most would like, but still walkable.

This is place good enough for New York travel.

Liked having a bus stop right in front and a shopping area with a grocery store and restaurants a couple blocks away. The staff were very nice. We had to find something at the last minute when our flight was canceled. They let us check in early with no extra charge. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was fine.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had several questions before arrival and they answered my questions so quickly I would have liked a refrigerator in the room.

Disappointing

This is probably a 1.5 star hotel of last resort. No amenities and parking is very limited. Room was small and clean but needs maintenance. Wall paper was peeling off. The internal lock latch was broken and the refrigerator was not working.

Nothing as the room I got did not look like the accommodations pictured on.your.website. The room were in need of refurbishment. Wallpaper peeling, cuts in the wallpapper., the clerk tried to place us in.a basement without windows. The room was not clean and did not feel safe.

check in was good and fast , the guy didn speak much but gave us what we need and explains chekcouot and deposit fees. the next day yhe lady also was nice she told me that cofee was free the rest was not limited parking,
