Four Points by Sheraton Flushing

前台居然让客人用客房电源！ 知道电吹风是需要防漏电保护插座的常识吗？ 未解决任何问题直到我二天住宿结束！ 所以我只能给出三星.希望改进！ 也未及时清洁客房卫生！ 虽然你们节省了人工！ 但这是不对的！

Yo hasta tuve tiempo de salir a caminar el barrio donde está,, y debo decir que es una zona muy comercial pero hay muchos lugares de buena comida y buen precio que se acceden fácilmente y un mall a 15 minutos caminando.

A wonderful stay. Very clean and quiet. Front desk check in was delightful. We were allowed a late check out which was greatly appreciated. Good night's sleep which was much appreciated.

The quilt on the bedding had some kind of mold and unknown brown stains inside and was only visible when held to a light. It was clear that the bedding was uncleared. Absolutely disgusting, do not book here!

Only issue I had that they took a deposit and it wasn’t no mention of it when booking of room and they said it will take 30 days to return the deposit

We checked into this hotel due to a power outage at home. My wife arrived first, but the front desk staff completely ignored her just because her English isn't perfect, leaving her stranded until I got there. This happened around 10 PM. The service at the front desk was absolutely terrible.

Staff very friendly! Hotel is beautiful room was nice.

Tidy. I didn’t prefer to walk around the area, but great hotel with great shuttle to LGA. Great laundry facilities I used on the ground floor.

The hotel, staff and services are excellent, but the Chinese restaurant downstairs (downstairs from the lobby) is another matter. I went there for dinner and the staff is not that friendly unless you are Chinese. They give priority to Chinese guests. I was there for 8 to 10 minutes and they served those who came before me and the menu has section just in Chinese and when I asked to translate it, the waitress told me that I cannot order food from that part of the menu that I have to order from the section in English. I ordered a beer and it did not come while the Chinese guests that came after me they got their drinks and teas almost immediately. If you are not Chinese you probably good luck. However. I want to point out that restaurant is NOT part of the hotel to be fair with them.

The only critic I have is that I was under the impression breakfast was included. But that was not the case.

Clean rooms

Valet parking in on-site garage was run by a different company ($35 per 24 hours) but was personable and convenient. We did not use the onsite amenities other than lobby coffee, but the location, though a bit industrial/urban, felt safe and is in walking distance of several good places to eat and was convenient to our route to travel to Aqueduct closing day. Very pleased with our stay.
