A 10-minute walk from the Chinatown area. The rooms are modern and clean. Parking is available right next to the hotel, and there is a well-equipped fitness center. Cars are parked and retrieved by valet staff, so during busy periods you may have to wait quite a while to drop off or pick up your car. The hotel’s laundry facilities were out of order when we tried to use them. The immediate area around the hotel is mainly industrial, so it is not particularly pleasant to walk around at night.

Really liked the room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pool water was cold and was stated to have a heated pool. Pool water was cold.

Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We stayed for five nights as a family and had a good experience for most of our stay. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the subway, and the valet parking worked well for us since we left our car there throughout our stay. I also especially appreciated a female staff member who worked the night shift during our stay. She was always friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever we needed anything. The way our bathroom sink issue was handled could have been much better. We reported that the sink was not draining the morning after our late-night check-in and asked to change rooms. A male staff member told us changing rooms was “impossible” before maintenance inspected it. We were already late to leave for the day and did not want anyone entering our room while we were away, so we waited for maintenance. During the repair, dirty water and debris splashed onto our belongings, mirror, and wall. Housekeeping cleaned the area afterward, but we had to clean our own belongings. There was no real apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The sink itself was a relatively minor maintenance issue. What disappointed me more was the inflexible and unsympathetic way the situation was handled. A little more understanding, professionalism, and customer care would have made a big difference.

The room was great, spacious. The bathroom is very echo-y and you can hear everything from the bathroom in the room itself. Staff were great! They were helpful and kind, even made small talk and helped out on my trip. The Wi-Fi didn’t work sometimes, however I don’t believe it’s a hotel issue, just an area issue. Breakfast was interesting. There’s a restaurant downstairs, but you pay seventeen dollars for an adult to eat, and there are limited options. The toaster does nothing but warm up your food, the coffee doesn’t taste good, and the juices they offer were not good either. If you want to stay here, I will recommend this hotel, especially compared to the others in the area, but please go somewhere else for breakfast.

All was good

room itself was okay, staff for the most part were pleasant Pool heater was not working and pool was too cold for my daughter to use. Thermostat in room did not work, could not adjust temperature in the room.

I liked how clean the hotel room was. Staff were semi friendly. The restaurant below “Dock 3366”-staff there extremely rude. Valet parking attendant was a hit or miss concerning customer service. Pretty busy area otherwise hotel was fine.

It was fast service, clean hotel. Bed was comfortable.
