Overall it was pleasant. Bed was too soft for my likings. The price was so high, it bugged me through the night(my problem).If money is not an issue, I would recommend this place.

Hotel was great! We were in town to watch the Mets and the proximity to the subway/stadium was great. The area is not great

Staff was very helpfull and kind. My suggestion is to check the conditions of the bed sheets and determine when is time to discard it.

During my stay, the glass shower door failed to keep the water in; it wouldn't close properly, so water leaked out every time I showered. Stepping out onto the wet floor was dangerous and posed a risk of slipping and falling.

The fire alarm went off at awkward hours during my stay waking me up from my sleep. It was a huge inconvenience. I got no money off my stay and was just offered points. I would not stay here again. No thanks.
