I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past 3 years. It is my "go to" in Flushing. A bit quieter than being right in the center of Flushing yet remains convenient. Staff is excellent. Amenities are very good. Pool is never used and for a swimmer, it's a hidden gem. Gym is good. Sushi restaurant in adjoining building is exceptional. Breakfast restaurant on site is good and their prices are very fair.

Staff okay, not very helpful. Breakfast for $17 buffet is not what you think, it is almost those free continental in other hotels but the environment is semi nice and clean. Also, if you are thinking they have shuttle to and from airport, they only have it for LaGuardia and not JFK so be aware because the Uber ride is 42-70 dollars depending on the time you need it. Otherwise, the hotel by itself is very nice, clean and their toiletries especially shampoo and oh wow the hair conditioner just the best ever (lame yes but I have long, very long thick hair and it was just super - my hair so soft and silky). Overall, hotel by itself is excellent and the area excellent because food is plenty and reasonable and its just a couple or few blocks walking distance away and they are excellent. thanks.

Very concerning experience at Four Points by Sheraton Flushing I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with the front desk at this hotel. I asked Anahalia at the front desk to arrange transportation for me. She told me that yellow taxis are only available in Manhattan and arranged a private car instead, charging me $60. After the driver arrived, I asked to see the phone number/details of his company. On his phone, I saw written instructions that included “EN EL LOBY $10”, “COBRAR $60 JFK”, and references to Continental and advertising/operating from the hotel lobby. I also personally saw the driver hand money to the hotel employee after the ride. I was not given a receipt for the $60 I paid. This raises very serious questions about transparency. If the hotel has a financial arrangement with a private transportation company, guests should be told clearly that they are being offered a private car service rather than being told that yellow taxis are “only available in Manhattan.” What concerns me most is that I was given information that appears to be false, was charged $60 without receiving a receipt, and then witnessed money being handed to the hotel employee. I have photographs documenting what I saw on the driver’s phone. I expect Four Points by Sheraton management to investigate this incident and explain exactly what the $10 lobby payment refers to, what relationship the hotel has with Continental, and why I was not offered transparent transportation options. This experience seriously damaged my trust in the hotel. I would expect much better transparency and professionalism from a Marriott property.

We had to stay there after last minute flight cancellations. Was very clean, close to the airport and a local store to get a few freshening up essentials. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

There was water and coffee available in the lobby every morning coffee maker and fridge in room staff was fantastic and the bed and bedding was very comfortable
