Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Truthfully, that’s one of the main reasons that keeps me coming back every year

Staff was very helpful and kind. Coffee in the lobby, a nice restaurant on site and close to public transportation and Chinatown! We loved it!

Room spacious and nice stay close to the stadium!!

They tried hard to please. They knew name and room number. They fixed door lock issue immediately. Rooms were nice size and updated. Breakfast buffet was excellent, Parking garage and location were perfect for the tennis center and easy walk to subway and restaurants.Shuttle was a nice help as well.

The staff was very helpful with scheduling complimentary shuttles from and to the airport and the US Open tennis and giving directions to the stores near-by.

The room was very nice and clean. Went for the U.S. Open, very close to the venue. They offer a shuttle to the Open, but the vans can be a bit crowded. We actually used Lyft because the fair was no more than $7 and we had the vehicle to ourselves. The bathrooms are dated. Although the bathroom was clean, the bath tub was extremely old and permanently stained. Lysol spray is always my go to!!

Highly recommended very accessible for most part only one I am not satisfied with is they don’t have enough parking in the Hotel you have to find your own parking space it should be costumers priority. Thank you ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Excellent stay. Very nice and spacious room.

Overall, it was good. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. The building is dated and there were many noises throughout the night from the AC vibrating to pumping noises that came from the shower.

We choose this hotel due to its proximity to Laguardia airport. The staff was super nice and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was amazing! They also have a small laundry area, which was appreciated at the end of a long trip! Would definitely stay again.

The room is spacious and clean, bedding is comfortable. But the AC in our room is so noisy, have to turn it off at night to sleep. Called engineer to check, but no help, guess the AC in this particular room just work this way. Should requested to switch room on the second day. Everything else is good though.
