Hotel is in a nice area, just about an 8 minute walk to the station, plenty of food options and bodegas around as well. The shuttle service to the airport is convenient as well as the airport is less than 15 mins away by car

We enjoyed our stay. The suite was enormous and also very reasonably priced. There was a free 24-hour airport shuttle, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a big dining area, the kitchen with a full sized fridge, and a couch and a nice sized desk in the bedroom.

Check-in was quick and the staff very friendly. Had no issues with getting service from the front desk. The room was neat and clean. Love staying at this hotel. Have been a returning guest for many years.

The shuttle going back and forth during US open is a big plus. The staff are very friendly.

Hotel was great! Valet parking not so great. Was told they had no parking available and I had to find my own parking at another hotel. Other than that, the stay was excellent.

The room was clean but I thought at any moment I would see a rodent. Given the location of the hotel. Staff was cordial but not attentive or engaging. But that’s New York for you. The restaurant was overly expensive for the quality of food served.

Everything is five star in this hotel. Located in a Very safe are. Close to NYC subway. Trip to Manhattan is a breeze. Facility is great. I will come back.

Everything was good, we got a room upgrade upon check-in. They stored our luggage on the day of check-out which was great. Friendly stuff and complimentary coffee / tea / hot water. Everything was good.

The room was very spacious, and the location was very convenient. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the gym and appreciated the convenient shuttle service between the hotel and LGA.
