The Shower and the bed The room was not cleaned for 4 days. No towel changes, no soap in the toilet.

It is very well located, near by La Guardia. It has a Bar in the top floor and has amazing views of the city. People in general were very kind. The bed was also great, and generally was very clean. Room asigned was very small, and in the first floor, a bit noisy sometimes. A mirror inside the bath also would be much better. Payment for early check-in is very expensive,

Nothing The unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I was asked for a 100 deposit. I paid with cash and the guy at 330am tells me it will go to my card. I paid with cash at check in and expected to get it back in cash to save time. They did not even check to tell me about the street meters. I live in another country so at least could have been helpful. Dont say I dont know. Their body language said they did not care.

the location was very convenient to food and subway, not far from the city and other locations. A/C was great and water temp and pressure was very good. I love the rooftop bar. Personally i like a more closed off bathroom but i was alone so it was ok.

Very uncomfortable bed. Lobby was poorly equipped for coffee and tea or anything for the matter.

Staff is an A+, Room service is an A+ The Rooftop Bar was really cool. Peaceful and plenty of Asian restaurants you can go to around the area in Flushing NY. Eating area in the lobby. 1st Floor rooms are very small so you really dont have space to eat in your room. Also a microwave in the Lobby however, it needs to be clean and sanitized. Mini refrigerator inside the rooms for your snacks and beverages was cool. A sleek Marvel wall material in the bathroom A+ My room #108 1. The bed mattress was too plush, and too low for my bad back however, it was pleasant enough and clean and I managed to get some rest. 2. Television channels sucked. Every channel they had were nothing but sports. You have to use your own Netflix and other streaming apps to relax and watch television. No local or basic cable channels to watch local News and entertainment. Not a big deal if your out cruising NYC. 3. Overpriced for small compact rooms after taxes and fees. 4. Toilet, sink and a shower head all in one box It wasn't too bad, I just didnt like taking a shower and the toilet seat got wet everytime. It would be nice if they'd put a mirror inside the rest room, though it will get wet too lol. There was a big mirror sitting on top of my refrigerator , that should have been hung up on the wall, and not standing on top of a refrigerator, leaning against the wall. That should be a safety concern when dealing with glass. Overall, I would stay there again. I'll know what I'm dealing with next time If I decide to book again. I would like to be a guest DJ for the rooftop.
