Absolutely nothing The hotel is an absolute dump. Overpriced shithole. Stinks like stale garbage and smoke. Terrible facility.

The elevator broke in the middle of the night

It was a bed, shower and toilet all in one. Really small rooms and very tight quarters for a couple. We open the door to a large roach running across the floor. I had to clean it up because staff had gone. The room did not need the large dresser and cabinet, it would give more room to sitting. The corridors were painted black and dark, not enough lighting. Same floor, one room had music playing loud all night till we left at 8 am. No concerns by the staff.

Location Inside is not clean ,the worst thing is the elevator wasn’t working during our stay in the last two days.we have to walk from emergency exit stairways to our room

Upon arrival, the front desk associate, who appeared to be extremely tired, checked us in. When we entered our first room, it was immediately obvious that the air conditioning was not working. We were initially told that it simply hadn’t had enough time to cool down, but after waiting nearly an hour in an 85-degree room, it was clear that the unit was not functioning properly. We were eventually moved to Room 504, where the air conditioning worked, but the room was noticeably unclean. The bathtub and shower curtain were dirty, leaving us questioning the cleanliness of the entire room. To make matters worse, this room did not have the balcony that we specifically paid for when making our reservation. The overnight front desk associate assured us that the manager would refund the difference in price due to the downgrade in accommodations. However, the following morning, multiple employees claimed to be the manager and insisted that the room rates were the same, which is simply not true. As if that wasn’t enough, the elevators were out of service, forcing guests to use the stairwells. While using the stairs, I saw roaches that were unbelievably large. It was completely unacceptable and made the experience even more disturbing. I also reached out regarding these issues and received an email from management stating that we would be accommoda
