Would never recommend this place to anyone ...as soon as you walk in the hotel all you smell is weed and then after my shower I wanted to blow dry my hair but as soon as I plugged in the blow dryer thw power went out so they told me I cant blow dry my hair after that multiple arguments were happening in the hallway and they disnt do anything with that either and then to top it all off the ppl next to me had loud music way past 3am which i complained about multiple times and nothing was done so I packed and left in the middle of the night so i can actually sleep elsewhere ....the hotel haven't helped with anything I even asked for a different room they said no and said if i leave i could get a refund but lied about that ..after we left the next day we received an email saying they were not refunding me wben tho it promised i would and disnt do amything to help me be able to actually sleep there ....never going back again and telling everyone I no not to go there as well also room was not properly cleaned ..hope this helps prevent ppl going through the same thing bc that hotel is ridiculous if i could give 0 stars i would

Also fyi their cheapest room is a windowless studio on the first floor. The bathroom area is one room with a shower toilet and sink with no further separation.

It was worth every penny 5 star

Please be aware that the hotel does not look anything like the pics that are uploaded. The room was extremely small you only have space to walk along the bed. There was trash bags in the hallway. A mess! We brought our concerns to the front desk and they were not helpful at all. Ended up booking somewhere else.

Everything was great! Check in and out was easy, the room was spacious and clean. Nice sized TV. There was plenty of closet/drawer space available. There was a desk, chair, coffee maker in the room. Although the room didnt have a microwave, there was one in the main lobby along with coffee/tea station and an Ice machine available. Also had a vending machine with drinks/snacks. Lots of restaurants, deli's, stores close by. Not far from the 7 line which we used to go to Citifield. There is street parking but we used the Flushing commons parking garage 2 blocks up to park our car while there for 4 days and just used public transportation which made it easier than looking for parking everyday/time we wanted to go out. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome! The lobby/elevator was clean and smelled nice. Overall excellent stay and we will stay again in the future!

When i checked in to my room is smelled bad and the ceiling paint in the bathroom is peeling, picture provided. Then the next room had no shower head and was the last room available so i had to take it but in the morning i found a huge roach in the shower, Picture provided. House keeping needs to do much better in cleaning and checking the rooms.

Room was okay. Staff was helpful and great at the rooftop bar. No parking available on site, in case you are needing it. Garage is down the street.

I was charged a holding deposit which I was advised would clear quickly. Now I’m being advised it make take up to 4 weeks. I have never heard a hotel deposit taking 4 weeks to clear. I received my room key. The hallway of floor my room was on, was filthy with all types of stains on the floor. No wet sign was up as there were recent spills. There was a party going on the floor and smelled like marijuana even though it’s a “no smoking” hotel. My room phone was completely off. Very alarming. The lamps by the beds were broke. The lights were flickering and the room was extremely hot. The floor was outdated and needed to be clean. There were stains on the wall. It was a corner room so yes I did get an eerie feeling of being unsafe. This hotel needs some serious cleaning and upgrades. I truly want my money back but hey wishful thinking

If you plan to visit New York with your family, it is advisable to avoid this location. The environment tends to be noisy and unwelcoming, with frequent incidents of altercations, excessive drinking, and smoking. Additionally, guests have reported difficulty reaching the front desk for assistance, as responses are often delayed or nonexistent. The property suffers from several maintenance issues, including torn carpeting, non-functional showers, and an unpleasant odor from the air conditioning system.

Fine in a pinch - bathroom layout was strange, nowhere near worth the price tag . . .

Wonderful stay. Spa bathroom was absolutely perfect. The AC was wonderful, the room was clean, and the location is great.

Never stayed in a hotel with no windows. Hotel is dirty and no well kept. Many better options in the area

It was a terrible experience. On Saturday night, I couldn't sleep at all until 3am. The rooftop party continued until 2:45am., with heavy bass vibrations shaking the entire fifth floor. I called the lobby for assistance, but it was no help at all. at all.

Very comfortable bed, good area, AC worked well. The staff was nice. the room didn’t have any windows

Great location on edge of downtown Flushing proper. Safe, on bury corner. Easy access to local restaurants. Quiet except for HVAC Tiny, windowless cave of a room. Bed was so soft you couldn’t turn in bed. AC was loud on/off. Bathroom was a tiled compartment with bowl, tiny sink mounted in corner, shower all in one with a trip hazard ledge shower door guide separating you from the bed area. NO closet or wardrobe (there was only a portable clothing rack with 2 hangars), Only furniture was a shaky tiny desk, cheap Staples type rolling office chair, student fridge cube on the floor, full size bed tucked in corner, small bedside stand tucked behind a giant pillar. NO mirror in the bath except an accordion mounted small shaving mirror, only big mirror was mounted in a strange corner behind the pillar. Sparse, tiny, cave, in a great location.

Stayed here during my trip to Flushing and had a great experience. The location is super convenient, especially for food and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet at night. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Definitely one of the better hotel options in the area. Would stay again.
