Hotel Key LaGuardia Airport

It was clean. The room was luterally just the bed and bathroom. There was a mini fridge and microwave, which was good. Overall though it was not worth what I paid, I would pick a more expensive hotel that I know is better next time.

- AC was great, but the temperature light was very bright, and kept us from getting to sleep for a while. - rooms close to front desk get some continual sound throughout night from activity. Not bad, just noticeable.

The shower was dirty as were the bath towels. The entire property smelled like weed yet labeled a non-smoking facility . Add the older lady at the desk who slammed her door as she was screaming for her, what I assume was adult sons, continuously during our stay , was the icing on the cake of a horrible stay. Do not stay here even for the rock bottom NY price of $300 per night.

The hotel offers “hourly” rates as well. Which explains why all these people with reservations were unable to get into their room. This place is a disgusting money grab, stay away at all costs.

The hotel was loud. You could hear people in the room next to you talking. We did have an issue with people playing loud music at 6a, the staff was quick to resolve it. Our TV didnt work at first, the staff was quick to resolve it. They gave us late checkout for no cost. It was good for 1 night, we were stranded due to weather. The rooms are very small. Bathroom was small. Bed was soft but the frame was too small for the mattress so it was strange. Overall a decent cheap place to stay for 1 night.

Front desk person was gruff acted like I was a beggar coming in off the streets. The room was neat but the towels dingy and the bath mat was dirty. Would not recommend it

Not well maintained Dirty and run down. Needs lots of work. Overpriced for the condition Staff was friendly and easy checked in.

The checking in take too long. The room was next to the register and very small and at night it was noisy. But in the morning the lady was very nice and gave me little extra time to check out because I checked in very late at night..

No hot water but free parking so balance

It was a decent hotel for one night stay. Nothing special about it, just fine.
