Nothing i want my refund back too my credit card on file hotel was horrible poeple sing screaming playing load music in the hall we could'nt sleep the time we spend in that digusted hotel. Did'nt like nothing about it i will never ever stay there again i had to tell the worker's to come clean my room and too change my sheets and to clean my bathroom .like i said i want my refund back asap.

Shivani at the front desk is such a doll ! Super sweet and courteous! Respectful and kind . That goes a long way ! The staff is always kind and they work with you on any situation . The price is right and no security deposit !

They said they had parking and they didn’t only enough for a few cars

No hot water; it was not checked or fixed after I reported it. Finally someone came trued for 30 minutes and failed so late at night I had to move to another room where bedside lights did not work. The heat did work…

It’s just ok place front desk Clark lady is very rude place smells weed and towels very bad !

Location The property was being renovated I walked in to loud drilling noises. The staff did not speaking to me asked for my drivers license and that was all. I had to look for the elevator and I couldn’t hear her from the noise. The room was so small the bathroom was not so clean the bath wash was already opened and it seem like it was already filled with water. The bed had hair I didn’t wasn’t to stay I wanted to leave, but there was no other rooms available near the area. Loud hallway noise doors slamming and the outside noise was just as loud.

The bathroom sink was leaking. No other accommodations was offered The bathroom sink was not working properly. The bathroom sink was leaking water when you turned on the pipe.

Right now I take money back of day 23 October and now waiting October 14 Because I pay with booking.com but they told me they don't see any payment in the system. I just this evening call them for give my money they said we gonna take a look

The front door is hard to open and after going down the stairs with suitcases there’s no one to help you.. also there was not hot water .

Was super clean and front desk was nice and attentive would book again I’m suprised it’s rated a 3 star should be 5 ?

Small rooms not clean not good service Dirty

Nothing but the staff. Dirty, no room in the room to even think. The bed barely fit. No place for toiletries, no place for luggage, not even a place in the shower for soap and shampoo. NEVER AGAIN! DON'T GO. If you do, it will be your loss.
