no hot water. told the staff about it and they did nothing to fix it.

Location is ok. Noise at night is bad. Room is too small.

Había la Basura en la entrada, las habitaciones era de motel no de hotel de hecho tuvimos que esperar a que limpiaran una de ellas para ubicarnos a nosotros, fue muy feo

I booked online and paid. Showed up and couldn't find parking in the tiny parking lot. Finally figured that out and went to check in. The person looked confused and asked if she could show me the room first. That's never happened. She showed me a tiny room next to the check-in desk with literally just a bed and tiny bathroom. She said it was all they had left. I couldn't sleep all night from the noise, bed was uncomfortable and I expected more for what I paid.

Terrible experience. The place looks nothing like the photos. The bedspread was dirty, there’s no parking, and it’s extremely noisy. This is more like a motel than a hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

The escalator was out of order and I had to climb 45 steps to get to the 3rd floor. Exit doors were used and they didn't shut properly & didn't have that stopper which closes them slowly. Every time during the night when someone uses them they close with a big bang. There was not even hot water in the morning for shower. Soaps, conditioner and shampoo was substandard & Low quality.

The room seems fine at surface level but when you start to look deeper, everything is disgustingly. Wallpaper peeling off things, dirty carpets and bathrooms, A/C barely working, the entire building was extremely humid to the point where the wood floors felt wet and slick. The elevator was out of service. Would never recommend this property.

Small nice place to stay a a day

Room size is too small and rent is too much . Can’t even put luggage in the room . Bed is not queen size . Unable to understand how did they pass this size of room by govt Room size

Squeaky bed, livery limited parking, I had to park two blocks awa. Rundown.

The bathroom was steamy and the ceiling paint was peeling badly. The floors felt sticky and grimy under my feet and the air conditioner looked like it was about to fall off the wall. The neon lights outside the building kept us up all night because there were no blackout curtains. The pillows were good, but the towels were thin and old.
