A double room means 2 people not 2 beds. Beds not comfortable. Linens cheap! Very basic budget hotel. Would look for other options in future!

I’m very critical when it comes to cleanliness and odors, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely spotless and smelled fresh throughout the property. It’s rare for me to be this impressed by a hotel’s cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again! There is not that’s I did not like.

Located near shopping center. The rooms are small and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Not a place for relaxation. Bed is small. Needs some upgrading.

Is beautiful, clean, well maintained, looks new, and staff are nice. It is also affordable. The room is cold, the TV has netflix and big, toiletries are available, therenis also a pantry or kitchen area for basic needs.

The hotel seem pretty new and up-to-date, but I can’t they had issues with with my card. I constantly had to go downstairs so I can open my door. and unfortunately, I saw other people have the same issue.

Great staff! I arrived much earlier than my check-in, so I decided to do some sightseeing and they let me leave my luggage until I came back to check-in. I didn’t have to drag my suitcase all over NYC.

Location was closer to where I wanted to visit Smell. The floor was greasy but luckily I brought my own slipper. Bathroom wasn't clean enough

The sound insulation is very poor. The next room is cleaned very early in the morning and there are footsteps at late night. The location is just fine,It takes two bus rides to get to the flushing center

Room was not properly cleaned, fridge was leaking and not working. Door safety lock was broken, stains on bedding and curtains.
