Room was clean and front desk staff awesome. And the Mexican restaurant was the best ever.

Though the room and hotel was clean the hot tub was not working and some of the exercise equipment was not working and they did not post a sign. I had to go to the front desk to tell them and they could not tell me why it was not working or when it would be fixed. The pool was nice but had bugs in it. Very disappointed. The staff was polite but never told us about the wifi, once again I had to ask for it. The bathroom needed some up dating.

Pool room needed work, Hot tub wasn't working and neither was the Sauna.

We didn’t have time to eat breakfast Had to Hit the road early than planned 1. Wish hot tub would stay on longer then 5 minutes and had to keep getting out of water to reset 2. Larger pillows with pillowcases 3. Shower needs liner on shower curtain Got water on the floor . Very unsafe

We had friends in another room and they said their mattresses were also uncomfortable.

Check in was slow. Dogs were barking throughout the facility. Our room was semi clean. The window was stuck in a could tell. It hadn’t been closed in a long time. There were people sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot. I had read reviews that rated this facility high so I booked there. It was a total mistake.

Not much. Difficult to get to. The clerk was sleeping at the front desk when we came in. It was not clean. There was what appeared to be mold in the corners of the showers and restroom. It was clear the carpets had not been cleaned for quite some time. The lights in the room between the beds did not work.

Staff Bathtub was nasty and filled up when taking a shower then took almost 2 hours to drain. The tv did not work. Outlets didn't all worked. Room smelt musty. All the towels and washcloths were stained. Definitely will not be back unless repairs are made!

The room was ok but the doors slam hard and every time someone went into or out of their room, you knew it.

Minor scraps and dings not repaired or not painted but nothing big. Bed very good.

Sauna wasn't working, hot tub wasn't working, exercise room closed down for the ceiling falling down and all the water leaking in the main entrance to the restaurant...out door to our room had to slam shut every time we closed it cuz it got stuck, our bathroom had parts of the wall taken out...
