Suburban Studios Fort Dodge

The pool was cold at night, the hot tub was freezing cold, the room were clean, the toilet keep running, you had to shack the handle so it would stop, the bath tub filled up with water when showering, the shower curtain let water go all over the bathroom. The whole place smelled if cigarettes and weed. The like to use padlock to lock up area of hotel, they don't like you to look around the hotel. The bed was new but hard and smaller side of full size. They don't give out extra pillows!

If you want to stay here, if you’re on a budget while traveling, fine, but beware there are people who live there regularly, and some do cause problems in the middle of the night like screaming and hollering at each other. The breakfast was good, plentiful options, the pool and hot tub I didn’t use, but definitely the management needs to make known to the regulars that live there that they aren’t the only ones who stay there, and they need to be honoring and respectful to the other guests who need their sleep due to traveling. I did not appreciate being woken up by screaming & hollering in the neighboring room.

One of the staff was concerned about my staying there because it’s such an unsafe motel. They were talking about how to keep people breaking into my room to hurt me. A dog was barking loudly… I can’t imagine what it’s like to be in this place for more than an hour.

Clean room, clean grounds, decent bed, decent breakfast. Well worth the money.

This hotel is dirty and has bugs

The carpet, as you entered the room was frayed, needs replaced. The bed was amazing! Comfortable bed with sheets that felt so soft. There is a big window that opens to the back side of the building. It really needs upgrading. Put a patio with tables, chairs and flower beds. It could be a great relaxing area. My main reason for staying was a comfortable bed for a reasonable price for an overnight stay...and the bed came through!

You can tell they are working on the building but I booked this hotel thinking the sauna and hot tub worked they did not the beds where hard and we ended up leaving early after we ate cold biscuits and gravy for breakfast this was a present for my daughters 16th birthday and I let her down by picking this hotel

The large parking lot had plenty of space for our uhaul trucks and trailers. The room had a half-size fridge with a microwave, kitchen sink and open cupboards for food and dishes (not supplied). The best feature we utilized was the outside door from our room. We parked directly outside of our room, which made bringing things in and out a breeze. There was also an inside hall door that led everywhere else in the motel. Continental breakfast was pretty standard. I appreciate that they called to let me know I forgot my pillows.

The breakfast isn't good the pool has stuff floating in it and not heated like says

It was old, dirty, didn’t smell good.

Swimming was great hot tub great but the suna makes it to hot for that area

Hall smelled like weed. Door knob to bathroom was broken. Pillows are small and terrible. Back door to my room was open when i checked in (room had 2 doors).

I like the hot tube until tweaker showed up smokeing exchangeing who knows what'....

We were treated very nice and respectful. Rooms are clean and cleaning crew very helpful always asking if we needed anything.

The place looks different from the one on the website. The whole place smells cigarette, noise through the night.

Hotel room floo was soaking wet and slayed wet the whole weekend.

Cold in Iowa . The heat was shut off in room. took a day to warm up. floors are concrete / big window . Management should turn on heat . I had a late check in . the parking lot was clear of snow but the side walks where covered. Pick up a shovel very unsafe . LAZY PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN A SERVICE TYPE BUISNESS
