Went down as soon as we got off the phone. There were no in the lobby and no one at the front desk. After waiting almost 5 minutes the lady finally came in from outside. "Oh are you needing bedding?" Not very good customer service and then making us come down to get bedding when there was a note saying to call down and it would be brought up to us. And then not even being at the front desk

The beds and bedding is great. The breakfast is one of the best for this level of hotel, yum.

Thee wasn’t a coffee maker in the room when we’ve arrived. The reception person was very accommodating and provided us with one.

Great breakfast, excellent staff. Room had some pill bugs - nothing crazy, but I don't like bugs. Ice machine was broken on 2nd floor, so had to go to third for ice on my final day. Overall nice hotel, just a few little things to correct.

Newly renovated. Interesting tile combo was not my aesthetic but it was clean and the staff was great.

I once reviewed the one in Souix Falls. It was the best Holiday Inn Express I had ever been to. It was just flawless. This hotel is as well.

Coming beds and clean linens The grout inside the room was vey grimy and the pool had piles of salt/chemicals maybe in it.

Property was decent, beds were great. We were given keys a check in to a room that was already occupied. This was the only concern I had. It was taken care of but still concerning.

I stayed on the 4th floor and the shower and bathroom faucets took a VERY long time to access even warm water. Run the shower several minutes before showering, or it’ll be quite a chilly one!
