Room is clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, but ends too early. Hotel itself seems to be a bit old, but keep pretty clean.

How i was charge at 2am for my room,and when i got there the lady went ahead a cancel my card and then i had to repay in cash 123.17 which wasnt my fault,and i have yet to be compensated with my cash funds,because the bank had already taken my funds from day one,i wouldnt be coming back again.

Amenities did not include washers and dryers. I had to use a coin laundry nearby. They put in a parking fee at checkout. This fee was not disclosed at check in. Ive never stayed at a hotel that charges for parking. That should be included with the room charge, like wifi. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and convenience. The breakfast provided also required that you present a physical paper voucher every morning of your stay. I forgot to bring the voucher the first day so I went back to the room to get it. Best Western used to be one of my favorite hotels, but not any more.
