Mac at the front desk was exceptional. The stay was great. Room was nice and spacious. Pool was perfect for my little kids. No hot tub

1. the breakfast was adequate (although I always arrived during the last 15 minutes) and 2. the third floor hallway air conditioning was out because there was blown air and it smelled a little stale, but not musty. the room on the third floor, though was totally fine. The hotel location had plenty of eateries, gas, and the like.

This hotel is updated, extremely clean, had an amazing breakfast spread, clean facilities in the pool and fitness areas, attentive and professional staff, and an overall great experience. Outstanding one day stay and value for the money. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness and location As a member, I didn't get my points right away.

It was ok but the room was not clean very good

Locations was close to the airport. Great amenities. Elevator was not working well, relied on the use of the stairs which was a bit inconvenient.

Second time staying here. Like my sleep.

Everything was good.

We were placed in a handicap room and floor was wet in bedroom when we walked in and while showering it was flooding the bathroom and bedroom for the 3 of us staying there.

They charge $50.00 parking fee just for night.

We found bed bugs at 5 am in the morning. When we informed the front desk he did not seem surprised, he didn’t even offer us a new room to stay in. We had to check out at 7 am instead of 11 am. We tried calling the hotel and contacting the manager 3x that day yet no response. Another female employee seemed irritated that we kept calling and again did not seem concerned at all that there were 5+ bed bugs found in the room. I usually never complain, low maintenance, and always try to find the good in everything but this hotel made very hard to do so.

The room had a strong musty and humid smell that made it very uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, and we woke up with what appeared to be bed bug bites after only one night. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.
