Very good all round including waiter Nothing much to concern me, the shower gel was empty ! That's the only fault.

The walls of the room look like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. I sat at the desk and saw all kinds of coffee and food stains that could have easily been wiped off. Paying for parking when you already have to pay for a room is ridiculous, especially when you’re not close to the beach or anywhere popular. For Marriott I’m really disappointed in my experience.

Great property ,was very nice as far as the overall stay and the way it looked like little ships. It was very nice and the latitude ordinance was a nice touch. The beautiful patio connected to the room. Wa nice and the size of the room was nice. I didn’t have anything not to like. There’s nothing negative to say.

Worst hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. I booked and paid for a king room with a balcony and never received it after being made to switch rings three times in two days. First room I checked into was dirty and then I moved to a double room with no balcony and they a double with a balcony. Next day a plain clothes Hispanic woman walked into my room while I was naked and told me the room was supposed to be vacant. I was then moved again to a queen room with a balcony. I asked for a manager twice and it seems there isn’t one. No compensation was offered or received. Dam shame Maritime smh

The deposit is ridiculous $150?

trying to figure out why i’m paying for parking at a place i’m staying and paying to stay at… i was asked to put a deposit down each night i added on which i was confused about

Newly renovated and clean. They forgot to put towels in our room and after waiting 30 minutes for our breakfast waiter to bring our drinks we left

Ac never got it below 75, light in bathroom lights up the whole room because of glass wall, and there is NO privacy in the restroom.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the balcony. I didn't like the shower, and I didn't like the noise from the cars.

The bed was comfortable, the one younger gentleman working at the desk was nice and helpful Was not that clean- housekeeping was minimal. Carpets in rooms and hallways in need of a proper clean and vacuum. Parking was very expensive

The room was clean and spacious and it's close to the airport. However, I will not be staying here again. The staff at the front desk during my check in at night was EXTREMELY rude, incompetent and dismissive. He refused to allow me to speak/explain anything to him and he almost ran my card twice for the security deposit holding fee. The room door was hard to open and had to be pushed hard to get in. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low. The shower, although clean, didn't had proper hot water. The water was room temperature at best. The door to the shower and toilet (they share a sliding door) didn't stay closed when I was showering. It kept slightly opening. The buttons on the remote for the tv were hard to press (or maybe the battery was running low) but either way, I had difficulties with it. The room key gave me a couple issues when I tried to scan in the elevator to go upstairs as well as entering my room. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights but I won't be booking again.
