Very pleasant, super clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Free shuttle service for airport and cruise port. Also free shuttle busses to close restaurants from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

It is also however, incredibly loud and the walls are super thin—prepare to hear all your neighbors’ conversations. Bc I booked third party, they put me in the room opposite the soda machine—people from all over the hotel would hover outside and make noise all night. They do not have “do not disturb” door knob hangers or magnetic signs—your room gets cleaned daily whether you want it or not.

Very disappointing experience. I waited about 45 minutes while the front desk staff were talking and joking instead of assisting me. I was told the system was down, but they later helped another guest who arrived after me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

For a one night stay before our cruise the place was okay, would not recommend for a long stay. Not much around as far as restaurants, etc, but the staff was amazing. Well coordinated for cruisers.
