Staff was rude, ac in lobby didn’t work, had to wait outside in the rain to get checked in, I booked a different hotel don’t waste your time and money staying here

I'm traumatized

The staff was very helpful and respectful. They explained the hotel deals clearly, and every morning, whether I asked or not, they made my bed. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. I would definitely recommend them.

Nice property friendly staff

The staff was really helpful, especially the manager who worked when I was there, he assisted me with the shuttle service twice & printed some documents i needed,was very helpful.

You may consider this place if you need to lay your head for one night. There were no restaurants within walking distance and no social hangout spot at this motel. I would not stay more than one night, the had a small cafe, which was a converted hotel room to the walkin for something quick to eat for breakfast.

I used this hotel due to the location near the airport, the room was spacious and had two queen size beds microwave refrigerator TV. I was very satisfied with the amenities. The hotel also has a large pool and free shuttle service. I would recommend the red carpet inn and I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Vending machine food was not fresh. No complimentary breakfast, but none was advertised. $8 for breakfast was an available option. We didn’t try it. Pool looked clean and nice, but I never made it down there. Decent location and free shuttle for the airport and the cruise port. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was nice for a quick shower and nap before being to drive down to the Keys for the primary purpose of our trip. The only thing was that our room is right by the service door and we can hear people walking by and talking very loud in the early hours of morning. Otherwise the hotel is nice, clean and staff is friendly/ helpful.

Spend the extra few dollars for a better place to sleep please.
