Breakfast staff in the breakfast room taking the coupons were very nice and friendly,, kiosk very curtious and professional , but the front desk female staff very unpleasant not friendly not nice at all they don’t seem to like their job .. but all the rest of the stay was good , nice pool , clean and comfortable rooms .

Front desk check in females were not nice at all rude and they seem not to be happy doing their job.. attitude and not friendly at all ,, the breakfast staff were great and the kiosk was great too. Overall ok

For the price, was good. Clean room, staff was alright but overall was good.

Overall it was ok the breakfast employees that were taking tickets were nice and pleasant , but the front desk customer service agents females have bad attitude, not friendly and with an issue I had they did not care to help out which was disappointing to me .

Shuttle runs availability

Staff was racist and stare. Appears to be a sundown town. Also uncharged an extra 160 that was not refunded on a day stay. We were only there for 5 hrs.

Check-in staff were very friendly as was the girl in the shop when I needed washing detergent to do some laundry. The bar next door is separate from the hotel but offered decent food and drink options.

Fantastic and friendly staff, very helpful and organized. Convenient from Airport to hotel and hotel to ship, with free shuttle. If you are looking for a 10 star hotel, its not that but it checks all other boxes

Hotel staff for check-in was fine on day one. Watch the bait and switch pricing for return “day rates” offered. We were offered a low price to come back for a day rate on our return from our cruise and my MIL booked one so she could have a place to stay instead of the airport for her late return flight. They would not honor it even though she booked before the cruise. Rude staff to say the least. Shuttle service was good getting us from the airport, but getting us from the port was much later than their estimate and would not answer calls when requesting an update.

Shuttle service was great. Never spoke to a real staff person. All done through virtual. It was noisy and there were bugs in the room.

The room was clean just the normal wear and tear from over the years. We had a very nice stay.

If you are looking for a no frills stay this is it. They do what they do very well in terms of getting you to your cruise or airport. Restaurant on site was convenient but service was slow (even with few patrons). Fire alarm went off multiple times due to a banquet room using sparklers to celebrate. People coming and going was quite loud and chaotic. Rooms were noisy (loud ac unit and small fridge keep making loud cracking noises), wasn't able to get much sleep. Again what they do well is transportation service to your cruise or airport and some might find that being most important. if you are looking for a quiet night, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a budget friendly night stay at a busy hotel and free transportation it might be ok for you. I'm gonna pass next time for something a bit quieter.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The virtual check in was an absolute shambles. It was hard to understand, glitchy and the majority of the people I spoke to didn't speak good English.

The bed was very comfortable So the employee behind the desk was not very friendly. You advertise on your monitors that we should ask the front desk for more information about the airboat and alligators. When I went to ask the girl, she said she didn’t know anything about it and it would be best to call the places specifically. If this is true, it shouldn’t be advertised to speak to the staff behind the desk for more information. Also, when I called for the shuttle bus from the airport, the same girl told me after I got my luggage to go straight and then take a right. I asked inside outside the airport. I’m not an experienced traveler. I had no idea that I was supposed to find a letter associated with the shuttle. So I was standing in the wrong place to receive the shuttle. She was not helpful at all. It was like she didn’t wanna be there.

Everything went well and shuttle service was very good, rooms were clean but simple and it was nice to have a restaurant and bar on site.

The location was not the most ideal but the staff members were helpful with guidance and information. The facility was some what clean but still had insects roach and other negative. It was only a one night stay so it was workable. I would not repeat the stay
