just needs to be cleaner

Room was clean. But it seemed the floor wasn’t cleaned properly as dirt constantly clipped on to the feet. Ac , fridge , tv these were all good. Reception staff who helped me check in was very good.

No microwave in the room had to go down stairs to fix my food.

It had a leak in the room an management didn't seem to care that it was really leaking good

The motel wasn’t bad it was the guest that made it uncomfortable but motel can’t help that . Pool was clean room was clean just things needed fixing . The restaurant next door was amazing and so was the food trucks .

Not one thing! Human and s*x and drug trafficking happening right on the property, in the lobby and parking lot. Very unsafe for me and my children. Hotel was filthy. I wish I could give it a one star. Walls filthy, reeked of urine and the walls looked painted in feces and urine. People working on cars in the parking lot. disabled cars, all kind of drug activity. The doors to enter and exit broken had to be let in by passersby. I’ve never seen a room more nasty and dirty. Fixture dirty. microwave filthy, and don’t get me started on the bathroom. the grout & the rust! Yuck! I didn’t stay ten minutes! Booking.com refused to refund i had to book another hotel with my own money! Just a mess ruined my trip! Front desk refused to help still haven’t gotten my money back! After I notified booking.com and front desk that I was leaving after minutes of entering the rooms.

Victor was SUPER helpful and the best part of this whole place! it was extremely over priced for what it was and the roadway down the street had an AMAZING breakfast EVERY morning and was consistently cheaper with almost the exact same rooms but their pool and entire grounds were SO MUCH NICER and I have to mention their choice of foliage was extremely pleasing and fragrant ... while this place only had a complimentary BURNT very bitter awful tasting coffee and for the 2 weeks I was there the person above me must have been a professional furniture mover because that's pretty much all I heard other than the howling dogs or the SLAMMING of the extra loud exit door specifically the bar used to open the door I'm not sure why it sounded like it was being karate kicked by everyone that went in and out but I had the pleasure of hearing that about 87 times a night. OHHH and lets not forget to mention the maid will just bust into your room like the kool-aide man every morning with or without warning no matter your response if given the chance to give one and the 2 managers or women in the AM that are the ABSOULUTE ruddest and just mean and nasty

The room was clean The problem is to ghetto stuff and young boys tryna sale drugs and crack head barely wanted to go out at night it was scary

Noisy at night

The Staff and receptionist were very helpful and accommodating Guest that came off the st paid $84 no luggage no nothing like they were here for hook ups or prostitution,people nodding on and off like there high, a murder happened while I stayed here my wife and daughter saw the medical examiner carry the body out, I want compensation or a full refund.
