The Staff are wonderful, you have to travel for food. The parking lot floods and the hotel make money by charging for dirty towels and sheets: They charge your credit card $75- Recommend you bring your own sheets, blankets, pillow cases. The place floods

Nothing I didn't like the room. It smelled like animals were in there and the hotel itself was filthy on the outside

It's a trick you book online think you're getting it for one price when you get there to the property to check in they have three new charges for you $29 charge $26 charge for parking service fees lots of different things I was so disappointed that's all the money I had I had to stay on the street that night in my car

The lobby was crushed in we had to use these side doors everything was just disgusting.

Checked out early. Was roaches and was clean at all. My skin was crawling and couldn’t sleep.

The location and convenience of stores. The rooms were okay to an extent, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. You could literally feel the dips and springs from years of use. The sheets had burn marks and holes in them, and the towels and washcloths provided were old, worn, and covered in stains. They definitely did not look like something you’d feel comfortable using. Another concern was the exposed wiring around the TVs. If I had brought a toddler or small child with me, they could have easily accessed the wires, and there was really no way to properly hide or secure them. Overall, the entire facility is in serious need of renovation. I understand the saying “you get what you pay for,” and the price was reasonable, but sheesh… some things are just unacceptable regardless of the price. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re in a life-or-death situation or this is truly your last resort.

Our room has roaches. My son was sick. The maid didn’t even knock. She just walked in saw him close the door and then knocked so I told the front desk that I didn’t want them coming in there and yet they still came in there. The bathroom door was broken

The place looked very outdated, the room have a smell that is not attractive at all. The bed have a hole in the middle of the mattress and it kills you back. The staff was really nice, but I would not stay there again.

The air condition was not working properly creating humanity in the room

They charged me extra, and didn't accommodate for not having amenities, and has roaches
