Fort Lauderdale Grand Hotel

The property is very out of shape if you disregard the lobby, which is set up nicely. The rooms are only poorly equipped and maintained. The door locks apart from the key card one were either not working or missing essential pieces to make it work.

Rooms are very simple and need some fixing to be done my room on the day i stayed had the toilet running water 24/7. Personally called the office no response at front desk was on hold over 45 mins no one was able. In general hotel smells walking in and out of rooms all type smoking. Hotels need work outside doesn't look very presentable. Great Prices should at least have the hotel in a descent position.

This hotel is so stupid because why Advertise pictures you can’t even use the pool was cool but also dirty the rooms look like they need up-to-date. I barely saw staff so I don’t even know.

Why is it taking 3 days to return my deposit ... i need the use of my money i paid you for my stay ... but you holding on to my money .. Why did the staff not tell me "sir we nned a deposit that we going to use, need

The check in process is LONG! The room was clean. Free parking is good!

The room I was in had last person underwear in the bathroom door. The room not clean. I can go on and on. The only nice person was the maintenance.

Terrible place to stay. I’ll never do that again or refer to anyone! Not safe at all.

Nos dieron una habitación vieja, las camas las reservé Queen size y nos dieron camas regulares, el baño estaba sucio viejo desgastado, las mesa de planchar toda manchada, daba asco planchar ropa allí, el piso estaba sucio pegachento, no recomiendo esta Opción de hospedaje.

The room was clean the toilet was hard to flush, the guy who check-in was very nice, A/C was not working well in the bedroom, parking was easy to park

Great place to go for cheap prices. Pool was dirty. King room was big but room was dirty. Better maintenance!

This place is nothing like the pictures. Besides that it’s a shelter there’s a lot of people on drugs hanging around the from the parking to the lobby and the bloody room it’s absolutely disgusting Everything nothing was as it seems
