Hawthorn Extended Stay By Wyndham Ft Lauderdale Cypress Crk

The hallways were super hotttt!! Had a less than expected experience with check-in!

The bathroom door does not close and didn’t have another room to go into

The room was clean and cozy, the staff was welcoming and helpful I would definitely stay here again

It is a very nice property. My only complaint is that we were there for 4 days and I had to ask the house keeper to clean the room which was only cleaned once.

Towels shed on you never had that happen before place needs a lot of updates as well broken door to the room just overall old and was not to my liking.

The only thing that looks new is the lobby

Brand thing. It seemed a little misleading. You are staying at a La Quinta. Keep that in mind. Switched rooms 3 times, all were clean but air quality issues. 3rd room was fresh. Clean. Everything worked. No critters or bugs. Location is fine. Utility truck, box truck parking in back. More of a business traveler vibe. Staff very accommodating and professional.

The only grubs I have were that I found little baby roaches two times throughout my day, and the water in the bathroom was coming out out of the faucets yellow.

My family and I stayed for two nights. Staff was incredible. Environment clean and well kept. Hot breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Clean room and facilities but above all the staff was very helpful and attentive.

The room was clean but the door looked like some one tried to kick it down, the pillows were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was mideocker

Great hotel, great location, not the best but a definite solid choice. No major complaints, but just not quite top notch. Pool was nice, used the fitness facility which was well equipped. Breakfast was just OK, pre-made/pre-cooked egg patties, same thing every day. Coffee was good. Staff was very nice although many barely spoke English. However, Tanisha at the front desk was outstanding, very helpful, bright personality. Room overall was OK, nice amenities, but flooring was wavy I think due to water leak at A/C. A/C was quiet which I really appreciated. Sort of a light industrial area but felt safe. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was poor . The hallways and elevator was not air conditioned so you walk out your room cool and you leave the hotel sweaty. When you see police at the hotel because of guest . That tells you a lot

I’m from England and it was my first time visiting America! The staff were so friendly and nice to me, I felt very comfortable. The room was so spacious and lots of facilities to use and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great!

Excellent property well located

my expectations were absolutely met and blown away here. for an "extended stay" with such adorable rates i wasn't expecting it to be nearly as good as it was! the renovations really made a difference here. i love that the rooms didn't have carpet (felt very clean) and i found the breakfast staff, housekeeping team and front desk workers to all be very kind and helpful. the pool area and gym are both very nice and well kept. the location was very convenient as well.
