Hawthorn Extended Stay By Wyndham Ft Lauderdale Cypress Crk

i went to work to Fort Myers with a coworker and let my car at that hotel, (they have more than 120 parking space and hotel is not busy) i came back Saturday for 5 days and stay at that hotel, they made my car towed , and the towing companie wants $700. to get my car ?? what is that ? those people are not honest, they should had post a sticker in my window or let me know, that is rude and not honest at all..Those people probably owns a towing companie, never seen an unfair situation like that. I stay at that hotel more than 50 nights this Year…and now they decided to towe the car…

Make sure you dont go out without your car, otherwise they will make your car towe…

They made my car towed, they are so disorganized, i went to work to Fort Myers for 10 days, i cam back saturday and stay 5 days at that hotel, during my absence they towed my car without any advise, or any stickers on my car. They are mean because they have more than 120 parking space and the hotel is empty. Now the towing cie wants $700. 00 for towing and storage…. What is that. That is so wrong, i ll meet an attorney later today

Clean room

The room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was great, parking great. The sink in the bathroom water went down slow.

The stay was good , room was clean and breakfast was good , it was a good stay for the price

What disappointed me most was the limited breakfast schedule (6:00 AM to 9:00 AM) and the fact that the breakfast area was far too small for the volume of guests—especially given the short time window provided. I went down for breakfast at 8:20 AM; there were no eggs, no milk, and no fruit, plus there was a very long line for the buffet. I went to the front desk to report the shortages, and the response I got was simply that there were a lot of people there (is that my problem? I am paying for this and expect good service). I think they need a larger breakfast area and two staff members dedicated to the service zone to keep the buffet stocked and in optimal condition; there was also a lack of cleanliness in the area.

I like the staffs except for one who was really rude.

Breakfast and service was very good. Plenty of lit parking. We'll definitely come back.

Need to clean the tubs and toilet had dirty water everytime u flushed

Updated hotel with clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast can be a bit crowded but the food is quite reasonable. If you use your card (touch) for the laundry service, press the card a bit larger than you usually do until the green light under "processing" shows.

I would not come back here and would have gotten a refund to go somewhere else if we weren’t all exhausted at 1am. Stay at your own risk. PS. There was also a moth/insect problem in the room… Good Luck.

Everything was clean , smooth check in, hostess was extremely nice. Only thing i didn’t like was the pillows they were extremely soft and small but overall great place . Every were is close also

We loved the kitchen amenities. The full size fridge and stovetop were a game changer!

The lobby area was very modern but the rooms needs to be updated a bit. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The hallway had a musty scent from the carpets and was poorly lit. The room was clean but need some improvements. The bathroom needs updating. The breakfast was a nice addition to the stay and the breakfast area is very clean and well maintained. Overall it was good.

The reason I’m was warm when the ac was set at 60. The hallway was hot because the ac did not work. The fan in the bathroom was not working so the humidity from the shower swell the bathroom door. This is an issue because the bathroom door sounds like a fun shot each time you open it and it’s was also hard to close. Breakfast was ok but you had to make it there on time because the food ran out. Parking lot gets full quickly too.

I like that the property had a full sized fridge and microwave. The hotel was in a good location. I would stay here again.

Nearly perfect stay, just the powdered eggs are kinda yuck
