Nice hotel, clean and bright no complaints

The machines were down at checkin but the front desk clerk let us go up to our room and then I had to come back later to process the payment which was fine. Loved the facilities

Great place to spend a few days at the beach and to enjoy the night life. Definitely returning.

The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the guest rooms this is a little outdated for me but otherwise qi would stay at this hotel over and over again.

This hotel offers the best continental breakfast spread that I’ve experienced throughout the entire country. No joke! The wait staff is amazing. Management, front desk, personnel and security to the server for the continental breakfast. Everybody was seriously amazing. We only stayed one night, but as soon as we walked in, I could smell and see how fresh and clean everything was. This particular location has been undergoing renovation on and off for the past few years. They have to wait to get approval before they can fix other things so each time they want to upgrade something. It takes a minute, but they get it done. The beds were super comfortable. We had just the right amount of space for my husband and I and our two teenage daughters. We traveled from Melbourne Florida down to Fort Lauderdale for a concert. I was so comfortable in my bed I did not want to get up and check out. Best breakfast ever! There’s a Starbucks on site and a bar and lounge that offers dinner til I think 8 or 10 swimming pool, gym, hot tub. It’s everything you need for a stay plus, you’re surrounded by walls made entirely of giant windows from floor to ceiling. You are literally in the middle of a rainforest and it was raining when we got there. It was so breathtaking.

Everything was so so so great. We had a wonderful, relaxing, comfortable stay. Everyone was so kind and hospitable. My only constructive criticism is that i wish the water had been a little colder because it was scorching, and i wish the big mirror in front of the bed had a light because i preferred doing my makeup there than the mirror in the sink. However, that did not change my experience about the place at all everything really was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again.

There was a little misunderstanding about my room but the staff fixed the issue quickly and enthusiastically.

The hotel was old not modern at all. My room wasn’t clean. I had trash and a bunch of hair in my room when I first arrived. The front desk person told me it was an upgraded room but it wasn’t. The hotel was far away from any type of activities. Would recommend this hotel

Con el desayuno tuve problemas cuando saqué la reservación tenía el desayuno incluido y en la mañana cuando voy a la recepción me dicen que no por lo que tuve que pagarlo, me parece de muy mal gusto que no quisieran resorberme esa situación porque yo pagué con el desayuno incluido
