I had to cancel my stay. I called Booking after going into Marriott. North and the night staff cancelled the Marriott's staff said that they cancelled the stay and awaited Booking. Booking states that I should contact Marriott. I have been unable to get the Marriot North and Booking seems not be on auto-pilot as my comments have not received any response.

It was okay, but the rest of the lunch meal at the conference was very nice and all the hospitality was very accommodating . No one to help with luggage. I did feel comfortable in the garage area, a little to dark didn't see cameras.

The hotel was beautiful. But the front desk staff were rude. The hotel did not have clean washcloths said they did not have any in stock in the hotel. the hallway floors were sticky no maintenance on site. There was no place in the hotel to buy a bottle of water or anything to snack on after hours.

The property is older, and while that is understandable, it is starting to show in some areas. I believe the hotel has a lot of potential, but a more thorough deep cleaning and attention to detail would make a significant difference. For example, the parking garage could benefit from pressure washing, and the carpets around the exterior entrances could use a good cleaning. There were also a few housekeeping issues in the room. I noticed hair in the bathroom, and the sheets had some stains. These are relatively minor and easily preventable with a little more attention to detail during room inspections and housekeeping. I also booked a corner room with a balcony, but unfortunately, the balcony was quite dirty and did not have any chairs or even a small table. Adding basic outdoor furniture and keeping the balcony clean would greatly improve the experience, especially for guests who specifically book a room with a balcony. Overall, I think this property has a lot of potential despite its age. With some additional attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and the smaller details, it could provide a much better guest experience. The excellent front desk staff was definitely a highlight of my stay.

The room was clean but the toilet was not working when we checked in. We contacted the front desk and maintenance came right away. It took two visits for maintenance to fix what turned out to be a leaking water valve but the water pressure in the bowl remained low. The room was very cold and the thermostat was difficult to program. The room had a balcony but we were unable to use it due to standing water from daily heavy rains. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options and was very good. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating with requests.

The room and property was very clean. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The prepaid breakfast was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again. The property grounds is beautiful, there was a rodent outside the front door circling the trash can but none spotted inside. Overall the stay was amazing!

Bathrooms are old and outdated. The hotel is nice overall however, the rooms need remodeling done.

Roach in the shower, pool closed, no tv or phone. Requested a manager no manger from check in until check out either.
