Needs some me renovation but it’s ok for a night stay

The elevator was nerve wracking, but the rooms were clean, staff great.

Okay hotel, we only stay overnight. The carpet has stains on it and room wasn’t very clean. It has a good location and breakfast was included. Keep in mind that they charge you $10 for parking, something I didn’t know when I booked the room.

The property (rooms) could use an upgrade on the amenities. Other than that, my trip was good...

The room was semi-clean when I checked in. The next day my room was not cleaned. I was told by the front desk that they only clean the rooms every other day unless you request that it be cleaned every day. I have never stayed in a hotel that cleans rooms every other day, how would I know to request something that I expect to be done automatically. The phone in the room didn’t work and I was told that they were working on them. When I asked if I could be compensated for my inconveniences I was told no because I broke through Expedia, a third party. I will think twice before I book again at Hampton inn.

The staff was very friendly and made me felt at home. Cookies were freshly baked would try and stay there on future visits

It is nothing to rave about. The area didn’t feel very safe. Another guest had warned us that he caught someone trying to break into his car in the parking lot. The room wasn’t very clean or nice. Not somewhere I would go to again.

My family aways stays here when they visit. The renovations made in the last few years made a huge difference.

Was charged a parking fee that was not disclosed during check in.

The room was very clean, friendly staff, and the best part of the stay was the breakfast with the self waffle maker.

It was very nice and clean. I will return.

Great BBQ restaurant across the street, I ate lunch and dinner there. Fat Boys BBQ

The place was clean and it smell good! The breakfast was good! My stay was enjoyed! I really appreciate the staff! They were very helpful and friendly.

Older hotel that has been revamped, but kept clean hallways always smelled nice. Rooms a little tight and no full mirrors which was a major ding for me. Otherwise staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.
