We stayed a week due to AAU Nationals. Upon arrival front desk was extremely helpful. We arrived a day late due to travel issues when called to informed them they were very understanding. Once we arrived in our room it was very clean, staff including house keeping was amazing very friendly greeted us every time with a smile. We will definitely be coming back!

Staff was great! Room was great, could tell upgrades were made... trim around shower showed age/rust, couldn't get sliding door to open, table no longer raised & lowered but, room was very nice, super clean. Would stay again for sure. Safe area, free parking

The bathroom wasn't that clean and the ac vent wasn't clean.

The hotel staff at the desk was rude. The room had trash on the balcony with used cigarettes and dirty towels. The rooms smelled bad. The elevators were dirty. The hotel staff were rude and mean. We would never stay here again and recommend no one else stay here.

The staff was extremely helpful, checking was a breeze. The room was ok, the shower area is dated and can use a little bit of work. Otherwise it was ok.
