I come to this location all the time, This place is amazing its affordable the staff is amazing

The hotel overall is very clean and well kept. However, the amenities were not clean or able to use properly. The pool was cold and the "hot tub" wasn't even warm. The room I booked wasn't available and my checking wasn't done until about 45 minutes later. They had no clean rooms apparently at the time of check in.

There was a large cockroach in my room. However, maintenance came right up to take care of it. Also, I had to move rooms twice because of wet carpet. However, customer service gave me a free breakfast and a free cocktail that's compensation.

Overall, the stay was okay, but I was disappointed with the check-in experience. I had reserved a room with a king-size bed, but upon arrival, none were available and we were given two full-size beds instead. I would have appreciated being informed in advance that the room type I booked was unavailable.

My experience during my stay was the staff is some of the most kindest and friendliest people ever! Well done Sheraton for hiring them!!!

The hotel was very outdated. The pictures shown are completely false and inaccurate. The pool chair cushions were soiled and faded (disgusting).The shower doors in the bathroom contained chipped paint. Continuous noise from the bathroom.

The space and layout of the room was excellent, but the HVAC system was extraordinarily loud (couldn't hear the television over the noisy fan), the shower plumbing was leaky and sprayed wildly until I tightened all the connections, and there was very little body wash in the shower bottle dispensers. The bed was good and the room was dark and quiet otherwise.

Property was close by the airport, restaurants, Walmart and target…everything. The front staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I liked the theme night popcorn, trail mix and popsicles. There were 2 guys talking loudly to each other in creole…right outside our hotel door which happened to be right by the elevator. This was at 5am. Also, before we walked out the room to go check out. I caught one of the housekeepers peeking inside the room. I’m assuming it was to see if the room was empty but they should not be doing this. We actually checked out early around 9:45am.
