One lady ther is nice, other are rude, they over charge me $11. per day because i had 2 beds in my room, i didnt need 2 beds, they gave me a room with 2 beds the forst night. NEVER EVER I’ll return there. they advertise free breakfest, 3 days in row, NOTHING for breakfest , 2nd day they had coffee, no cream, BLACK coffee. They dont care,, 0/10

First I arrived to check in and they didn't give me my room. After I went to the reception desk, they told me they couldn't give it to me because they were already full, even though the app showed they had 3 available. The worst service ever.

There was no remote in room. I wasn't aware of the utensil & no pots nor pans to cook. I had to go to the Sheraton Suites across the street to use their amenities.

It was just in a great location. Front desk was helpful. I loved being on the top floor (3rd floor) as a safety measure as I'm a single lady. I liked Door dash had no problem finding me. There was no remote in room. I wasn't aware of the utensil & no pots nor pans to cook. I had to go to the Sheraton Suites across the street to use their amenities.

The staircase was always dirty, there was only 3 days of on the go breakfast which included tea or coffee with no cream. Only the last day when checking out they had muffins and tea

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very helpful. Also, the staff assisted immediately when called upon. The kitchen was set up like a home with a stove, fridge, sink, and cupboards. The Wifi hardly worked and made it difficult to use the internet and the pool is small. Furthermore, there wasn't any breakfast until the last day of our weekly stay. It was very disappointing, but the staff was awesome and friendly!
