Centrally located in Broward County right off I-95. Clean, close to restaurants not too far from beach. More of a business trip hotel

Excellent customer service. Beautiful pool. Very clean. Oniy thing is if you want food (other than rhe hotel’s) - you will need to Door Dash. The coffee shop is only open in the morning.

The room was clean and spacious, I upgraded to the suite. The city view was not as advertised but not bad. The sofa was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was a little further from the beach than I expected but not too far from Las Olas and other prime spots. My only complaint would be the the soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty.

This hotel was decent for the price paid. The staff was welcoming and polite. The lobby was well kept and smelled good.The hotel can really use a makeover as there was paint chipping in the room and the furniture and fixtures were very a dated. It was clean and you could see that house keeping was active.

Hotel team members are very receptive and polite. Wifi is free and fast and there is a Starbucks inside. The mattress could be better - it was very used so you could feel the holes on it. - Also, The hotel is far from everything.

Location Did not get room cleaning, breakfast did offer the same buffet three days in a row. Lack of personnel

We checked in and the lobby was completely filled with teens and students as they were having a homecoming but didn’t advise us. Maybe a heads up next time that an event is happening would be good. Also, the room wasn’t as clean as I’d have expected. Stains all over carpet, bedding and bed head was peeling

That staffs were amazing, great customer service, very attentive and helpful. I ordered my food through the bar and it was excellent. I definitely recommend it

Comfortable bed and decor of the facility was really nice…zen. Friendly and helpful staff. Greeted with a glass of champagne and cookies upon check in.
