The Westin Fort Lauderdale

They told us at check-out that we could have requested it. We are world travelers and never had to do that before. I wish that they had told us at check- in. We were gone all day for the time we stayed there and came back late at night, and saw that the room was untouched and no fresh towels. We thought that they just missed us on Sat but Sunday night we got back to the same. For a high-end hotel I was really disappointed about that. Anyways, hopefully front desk will begin to inform guest at check in about this policy.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Stayed for a weekend and didn’t have any issues. The property and the room were outstanding. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean room

The staff was very accommodating. We had an early morning flight and arrived at the hotel around 8:00am. We were able to get into our rooms way before check-in time and get some much needed sleep with young kids. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Nice place, room was clean, but can use some updating in the rooms. Three towels for 2 night stay. But overall is a good stay, would stay again if the price is right.

Great stay

We checked in on Thursday July 2 . Housekeeping did not come in to clean our room not once. I went down stairs on Saturday to request a room clean but I was told that there wasn’t no one in housekeeping to clean it. Finally, I was told that someone from another department will be up to clean our room. That was about 7.00pm Saturday evening 😡. Need more housekeeping staff.

a great family getaway here for our one-day stay. The customer service was excellent right from the start. The host who checked us in was incredibly nice, greeting us with champagne and cookies. He even gave my children and me breakfast vouchers to celebrate my daughter's birthday!The highlight of the property was definitely the pool and jacuzzi, which offered a very peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room itself was nice. Breakfast could also use some improvement, as there need to be more healthy, plant-based, and vegan options available. Overall, it was a nice stay and a great vacation.

Great staff

The toilet never stops running hard to sleep even when the door was closed. Told the front desk on several occasions but the only thing that was offered was a breakfast voucher. Very disappointing coming from The Westin

The stay was good, the room was clean.

The info on the website about free breakfast is not well communicated.

The beds were comfortable The room didn’t get cleaned on a daily basis and it had a funny scent when we first walked in.

Room and staff, excellent

Engine said free breakfast and free parking - breakfast is $25 per person and was not indicated on my booking. Had to make 3 phone calls to get Engine to assist in getting it honored as it was listed on my reservation confirmation.

Everything was excellent. The location, the service. The managers and staff were pretty helpful, curtious and friendly. Even the operation Director was helping. The first time I met him, he was looking for empty luggage carts on the floors. Enjoyed the scenery. It gave that resort vibes. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Rooms were nice and clean. My daughter said she loved the smell as soon as she entered the front door. Please do not come down from your standards.
