El area de la piscina esta muy deteriorada, la pisicina tenia una lona sobre el agua con muchas hojas. El edificio en general necesita mantenimiento. La habitación tenía el sillón roto.

The floors are very dirty and disgusting, I seen 3 roaches in my room. The staff had to get me another room. The floors in hat room was dirty and disgusting. I had to line the floors with the towels

The pull out couch had a horrible smell....it stayed on you and you had to take a bath.....the room was not clean properly, there was left over items in the cupboards. I needed to order more sheets just so one of my kids could sleep on the pull out couch. Im from the Bahamas and i travel to Fort Lauderdale alot and i would NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay at this hotel again. This was by far the worse experience i ever had....I only stayed because we were here for only one night and we got in around 7pm so a few hours was not bad at all and we were out of there first thing in the morning.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WORSE!!!!

It was the most horrible experience The smell, the facilities, the room, the beds, the couch, the bathroom it was horrible i was waiting the day to leave Is true when they said what you paid is what you get but this hotel is a joke the worst of the worst

How clean it is the staff is friendly and professional if there was a issue they were quick to solve it I’m enjoying my experience here

The ammenities offered were not as advertised. There were no utensils in the room; no breakfast offered and for the five nights spent we encountered one rude lady at the front desk. The other staff members were great.
