La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft Lauderdale Cypress Cr

Staff was great. Great location, walking distance to multiple fast food places. Next to a Shells gas station to fill up before returning rental. Not to far from thr highway & airport. Real breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruits and great juice machine. The rooms are spacious and passed the wet wipe test minor to no dirt on touch points ❤️ The few issues: the water was yellow, it looked like someone did not flush the toilet, until I realized the yellow water in the sink as I washed my hands. I was in a rush and forgot to ask about the water situation because it could be a known Fort Lauderdale issue.

The room was very clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh. The only downside was that the bed was a little too firm for my liking. I wish it had been a bit softer, but overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. The room was so humid everything felt wet. Touch up paint was sloppy. One of the outlets was sticking out from the wall and was rusted. With 2 beds in a room and 2 people staying there was only 1 washcloth!

Very relaxing..

This was a nicely remodeled hotel with a knowledgeable professional staff. I booked most of my rooms several months in advance, but had to do additional booking after I arrived. The price in advance was really good, but the on the spot pricing was well worth it. The breakfast was as good as advertised. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Even though I didn't get to use the pool, but I did get to kick my heels up around it and it is a nice pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was comfortable & very clean, bed was okay & AC was really good. The location was not the best & required travel to get anywhere & there was quite a lot of vagrancy near the hotel

Easy to access and free breakfast was good! Rooms clean and ac was great . Nice staff very helpful . 100 dollar deposit for each room and there was four rooms . You get it back but need to wait up to ten days this was not specified at time of booking so came as a surprise!

The ac unit was not working properly just the fan

The rooms were in decent condition. The bed was very plush, but the hotel itself needs a total renovation.

Clean Dining room and good service

Check in was quick and smooth. The rooms were clean and spacious . The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept on. The pool and hot tub were clean and working great. The breakfast was pretty nice for a hotel breakfast. Even with it being very crowded, I didn’t hear anyone at night. It is about 30 minutes away from the beaches, but I think it’s worth the short drive to have a nice and affordable place to stay. I will definitely book here again!

Conveniently located to main freeways. To noisy in the building

The room was clean and the staff was very nice.The food was good also but waitress acted comed funny.

The staff was super friendly and nice however the hotel itself was very worn down. The halls looked scary sketchy and the bathrooms and rooms were outdated old and it was not comfortable at all. Didn't really feel safe The outdated features in the room the mirror was dirty old the furniture looked dirty no amenities and the pool was closed

Customer Service The bed was hard as a rock but no matter what, I will always stay there any time.I travel to fort lauderdale.I always stay there.I actually went to another site.That was filthy stank.Customer service was no good.I canceled and went to where I slept, which where I was supposed to be at anyway.

I had no real complaints, the staff was very sweet, check in was a breeze, my room was clean and for the most part comfortable (those chairs though already hard as a rock, I almost was better off sitting on the floor if I didn't need the desk). The bed was just the right amount of soft and supportive for my bad back. If I had one complaint, though, it's that the air conditioning system seems to be controlled by the hotel itself. The thermostat on the wall was turned off and literally hanging when I walked in (I had to set it back onto its hooks on the wall), and the window unit, no matter how low I set it, seemed to remain the same temperature, which at times was rather inconvenient due to me having medication related hot flashes, resulting in having to take a cold shower to cool off instead of just being able to adjust the temperature. Also, even though the room and bathroom were spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair, there was a tub instead of a roll in shower, and no shower chair available in the handicap room.
