Muy buena la estadia, super recomendado.

My room was nice and spacious. I love the fact that it has a microwave , coffee maker, and small refrigerator. Pool area was nice. Hotel had a jacuzzi didn’t get a chance to use it ,because of the weather, but still very nice. I like that they serve breakfast . This hotel not to far front several store and the mall. I enjoyed my stay here . Will definitely book here again.

Overall, it was an ok hotel. The only disappointment was that the wifi wasn’t stable. It kept dropping signal

The rooms were fine. Seemed clean enough. Our neighbors were up until 4:30 am being very loud. The staff was friendly and gave us good service

The start started out good until I pointed out the issues I had with my room. The 1st I was given the toilet didn't flush and the sink was clogged. The 2nd room was ok with the exception of a roach greeting me upon arrival. I brought this to their attention and based on the rude reaction and multiple issues. I asked for the room to be cancelled.

It was a nice stay

The hot tub wasn't working our last stay it was so we really was looking forward to that but it wasn't working. The staff: The staff was great and accommodating. Room: Our room was clean their were some little stains on the couch but other than that the room was nice oh maybe the company should start thinking About placing bath mats in the tubs to prevent slipping. Breakfast

Awful, awful , awful. Room has mold, bathroom was dirty and smells like feces.water was brown (not slightly yellow). We had to check out same day due to breathing issues from the mold/feces smell in the room. The experience cause us significant emotional distress, headache and nausea from the disgusted room.

Property was clean but in need of updating and repair. One night is ok but not an extended stay.

The Wi-Fi was off the entire 3 days I stayed there

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, and I really appreciated that housekeeping came every morning to keep the room fresh and tidy. The room itself was a little dated, although it looks like they’ve made some updates by replacing the carpet with hard flooring, which was a nice improvement. While there are still a few areas that could use a refresh, it was comfortable, clean, and met my needs. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable place to stay.

Hot tub and pool was full of dirt and debris. The staff was really friendly and helpful though.

The stay was good. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, and most importantly, we felt safe.

The lady that checked me in needs to be friendly, if you are not a people person, that kind of job is not for you. I was just there for two days, she was very rude to me, maybe she needs to learn how to talk to her guest. I didn’t feel welcome the way she expressed herself, the tone of voice, and the answer she gave me.

Clean room, good service and fast check in.
