Marriott's BeachPlace Towers

The room was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the property and proximity to mall and places to eat was wonderful without having a car. My two complaints will be the elevators, two of four which were broken much of the time and lines could be 20 minutes to be used. Additionally they were doing a resurfacing of the building project and we did not have use of our balcony which was not made known to me ahead of time and was a bummer.

The way you enter the hotel is not a door outside the normal way. Instead you enter into a creepy underground garage especially at night was terrible. Then I had to call 3 times to try to get correct directions on where to go to get to the lobby. Then sign outside the parking garage says up to 1hr is $10 to enter we were in an Uber who eventually dropped us off outside so we didn't have to pay additional money. It was stairs connected to the hotel so walked up several flights with lots of luggage to end up at a locked gate. Once again we had to call the front desk they sent staff to unlock the gate then direct us up additional flights of stairs. Finally we got to the lobby. The staff seemed like they could careless about how frustrating,confusing and exhausting this entire experience was. We were offered nothing. Just imagine being excited about staying at hotel that online looked perfect just to end up with an extremely disappointed experience.

Amazing stay, loved the room and good price and location, parking a bit annoying but overall loved it.

We recently stayed at Marriott BeachPlace Towers, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale. From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. The instructions on how to access the property were unclear and misleading, making it unnecessarily difficult to find the entrance. Once inside, the check-in line was very long, with only one employee working the front desk. We arrived before check-in, and while we appreciated having access to a locker room to change and use the amenities while waiting for our room, the rest of our experience fell short. We were celebrating a birthday, so I called before our arrival to ask whether the resort offered any complimentary or paid birthday amenities. I was told to inquire at the front desk upon check-in. The front desk then directed us to the Activities Center, which was unattended for quite some time. When I finally reached someone, I ordered balloons to be delivered to our room, but they never arrived. There was no follow-up or acknowledgment of the missed request. To make matters worse, we were assigned a room with a balcony that was locked and inaccessible, and we had no ocean view despite celebrating a special occasion. When we asked if another room was available, we were told they could not accommodate our request. The elevators were consistently slow, often requiring long waits. Pool could be cleaner. Go after renovations are done to save stress and money.

We really enjoyed our short stay with this property! The property was beautiful and very clean. The pool/jacuzzi was fabulous and very relaxing! We will definitely be back again in the near future! Also, the beach access was great and also so close to our cruise port.

Todo estaba limpio lo más malo fue el parqueo estuvimos mucho tiempo en las líneas para parquear pues el parqueo público está en los primeros pisos y arriba los de el hotel lo que hace se hagan muchas colas y no respetan las dos vías tres horas dentro de el parqueo para encontrar un espacio😞

We had an amazing weekend stay! The hotel had great activities throughout the weekend, which made our trip even more enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was being able to watch the fireworks show right from the pool without having to leave the hotel. The heated pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

On going construction and wasnt allowed to access balcony

Property was great and location couldn’t be better. Staff was pleasant and room was very large. Balcony king with a sofa with inter-coastal view was amazing and held a good amount of people visiting and then some. Only area of concern was the pool being a commercial property and not too large to manage the amount of people in it as far as being cleaned and proper sanitation levels pool was cloudy all weekend and eyes immediately burned when in water which is not supposed to happen that means water does not have enough of the proper chemicals in it. Staff didn’t allow any floats or activities such as a small beach ball in pool area at all which while paying these prices on a vacation for me is not acceptable I should be able to enjoy my time with my family the way we want. Also elevators are extremely slow so be patient.

The construction totally derails the experience at this hotel. Stay away until they’re done.

Perfect location. Room was spacious , very clean. Our only downside was the current construction making our units balcony unavailable.

We had a terrible experience. There was construction everyday right outside our room. We were woken up every day with banging, sanding, or some other noise. It was absolutely horrible. I would never recommend friends or family based on my experience. When I spoke to the manager in charge, she was very dismissive and did not seem to care about our vacation.

Everything…we were there for wedding…the location to the beach and ocean I had a late check out but room card was inactivated before that time

Need a bigger pool for people

Hotel was under renovations, you pay for a balcony ocean front, but get told at checkin, no balcony just oceanfront because of painting, so I get pushed into a inter coastal view with the balcony, still not what I paid for, do better marriot

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Special thanks to Jay at the front desk and Jonathan the manager. Will definitely be visiting again

Construction on site with lots of noise and construction workers are loud

The hotel is under construction & although you paid for a balcony. The balcony was only available to some clients. They dont do daily clean up. You need to take out your own trash & make your own beds. There's no problem doing that, but the client should know this
