avid Hotel Fort Mill - Carowinds Blvd by IHG

Very clean hotel as usual. They are always very consistent. Friendly staff and great option for passing through town.

Close proximity to my job and Carowinds

Great place

Always a very friendly and efficient staff.

Simple clean rooms, good beds, good for price. Breakfast was not ready on time each morning which if you are there on business is not good.

Excellent stay rooms were spontaneous clean.

It was clean!!!

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by friendly front desk staff. Our room was clean and it was worth the 2 minute drive to Carowinds! We will stay there again!

Room was clean and breakfast was excellent.

Pleasant

Superb

Clean, quick, and great access to Carowinds.

I like the avid style and modern set up of the hotels. This is my third time staying in an avid hotel. The evening staff on our arrival seemingly were disorganized and unprofessional. I’d called a couple of hours before our arrival to see if we could get an early check-in. They told me that it was not available, however, when I arrived, I overheard the two front desk clerks, stating that they were just beginning to assign rooms in. There were no other guest waiting on an early check-in or rooms to be assigned. It seemed as if they intentionally waited too well after the check-in time to begin assigning rooms and that was very frustrating, considering that I called in advance.

Breakfast was subpar! The selection needed a choice of a waffle station or pancake maker. Outside of that, the staff was pleasant and helpful! Room lacked a microwave.

The location was close to the attractions. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. I also liked that they had a beverage station available all day. Breakfast was subpar! The selection needed a choice of a waffle station or pancake maker. Outside of that, the staff was pleasant and helpful! Room lacked a microwave.

Very good

Horrible . Dirty sheets , locked out of room , housekeeping walking into room unannounced multiple times . Rude management .
