Really enjoyed the coffee, tea, and water available 24/7 in the lobby.

I really liked this hotel. I especially liked the cold water dispenser and the fresh ground sustainable coffee machine. My only minor complaint was that the shower had some visible mildew. But it was very little and could have been minor staining. It was very convenient to stay here after visiting Carowinds. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was delicious. The only location is a short ride from the airport and an other local places.

Everything was good and the staff was super helpful. However, there was no coffee maker in the room and so when both of the coffee makers were broken in the lobby, there was no coffee in the morning! For a traveler having to leave super early, that is enough to re-think staying in this hotel again.

No AC and power went out which I know isn’t in their control but they don’t feel they need to refund the stay because of that which is very frustrating

The staff was excellent! The rooms were small, but cosey, and very comfortable. Finally, it was priced at a friendly rate. No. The location was perfect. The staff were great, and the cleanliness was superior.

The staff greeted us right away. The room was great, the shower is a bit on the small side but we loved the vinyl plank everywhere instead of carpet; it made everything feel so much cleaner. Breakfast had more options than expected, including oat milk which was great.
