Quality Inn Fort Mill near Carowinds Blvd.

The pictures they show are not what the hotel looks like!!!!! It's a trash hotel clogged sinks, dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty bathroom couldn't even take a shower due to how disgusting the hotel was! Spent all day at an amusement park and get to the hotel and just disgusting!! I want my money back

Pool not open for a 97 degree day bath room shower. Had rust at the base toilet was poorly installed and was wobbly when sat on wrong size toilet tank lid carpets dirty . At night smelled like it had a back up of human waste . Out side hall way smelled of weed . Staff knew light English . First night staff was sleeping at the desk . I want a a refund of a part of what I spent

Room smelled very moldy, the AC unit was broken, and we woke up as early as possible to leave ASAP. We aren’t super picky, the building and rooms definitely need a deep clean and some TLC. The person at the desk had their phone on speaker phone, clearly on a personal call… while checking us in and asking for things like our address, license plate number, etc, which just gave me weird vibes. I would not go back.

Good value for the money. Room was clean. Pool was closed for the season even though it was very hot outside. We arrived about 9:15pm. I saw no one at the desk so I rang the bell. The guy at the desk appeared to be asleep on a chair in the corner. He woke and came over. He was not friendly at all. He seemed upset he had to help me. Room was good, The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good although the waffle batter was out and we were the only ones there. They did fill it and all was good! The gentleman at the desk in the morning was very friendly. It was clean and the room was nice. Good budget motel!

Mattresses are so bad when you lay on them the springs are poking up your body. The front desk clerk with hat and street clothes, zero professionalism, sitting in the corner on his phone. You would need a strong stomach to handle the so called breakfast. Parking lot decent but watch out for broken bottles and interesting people hanging around. Towels were clean but they were worn out.

It was located near Narroway Productions where we saw 2 shows that weekend. They had eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit plus other items for breakfast. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The best part was the bed. It was super comfortable. Things are a bit outdated and needing some reno. It was very close to Carowinds and worked well for our stay.

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Will definitely book with them whenever we are in the charlotte ares!

Nothing Everything. It was the worst and most nasty hotel

Perfect location if you’re wanting to go to Carowinds. Literally right across the stress from the park. Bed was really comfortable. When we got there, there was a dead ladybug on one of the beds. Pretty thin walls so we could hear the room beside us. Tv remote barely worked and the room smelt really weird when we first walked in.
