Building was older but inside very clean and good area to stay

It didn’t look anything like the on line pictures. We would definitely not stay there again!

Clean room parking breakfast

No elevator for those who may be handicapped. AC units are old and don’t work. Pool was closed. Staff crazy rude especially to kids. Breakfast is basic and isn’t refilled properly. Stains can be seen on most surfaces in rooms from lack of cleaning. I found hair on the shower walls from a previous visitor.

I like that the place was clean and had breakfast. The staff is rude, unprofessional. The pool was dirty, the pool was foggy and always stayed closed and debris kept coming out of the skim catchers. The breakfast bar does get nasty and theres no attendant to attend to it. There's communication boundaries, language barriers are big. I dont appreciate the staff with the attitude and its very hard to communicate with staff after trying for so long. I am trilingual and there was absolutely nothing but frustration.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming when we checked in. They were very knowledgeable of the area. They provided us additional towels when needed. All of the staff that we communicated with at the front counter were very pleasant and friendly. We will stay with this property again when we visit Carrowinds.

Had an issue with checking in, front desk staff Matt I think his name was, was excellent in working with the third-party hotel company and getting everything resolved. Pretty quiet for the location. Water was hot. A few areas that need to be worked on but overall had a good stay.

The man at front desk was very rude and disrespectful spoke to me very nasty cursing I would never ever tell anyone to stay there The man at front desk and they only serve pork no consideration for othe guest like myself to serve other meats

There was no working elevator onsite and which made it difficult for my disability. The room smelled very bad and there were roaches, electrical tape on cable outlets stains on the walls, bedding, sheets, towels, in the refrigerator on the office table etc. The booking website (hotel.com) did not disclose there was no elevator. The vending/icemachines did not work. Overall this was just a horrible experience. Very disturbed.
