it was close to everything we needed to go to. our room was ok until we saw the hole in the wall. and the ac did'nt get cool in the room the breakfast wasn't what they it was the helpers who fix the breakfast didn't try to accommodate our needs they were out of food the whole stay we was their people were complaining about it. I had for the roller bed they said they didn't have one, the room was so hot I couldn't sleep the whole time I were there. The pool didn't work and the staff when I called told me a lie and said it was working they why I chose this hotel, but 'I got disappointed and no one called me back to tell me it wasn't working this was and relax time for me and my family for me to tell them, I have cancer this stay it made me worry more about this every day I was there. This hurt me and i was not pleased

Breakfast was good, but I was sad that there weren't any cream cheese bagels! I don't like how the shower door doesn't close fully.

Trash was in the trash can under the desk in room. Bathrooms not properly cleaned in room. Doors were filthy around door knobs. They were painting in certain areas. THE POOL WAS CLOSED. Laundry room is filty and dusty everywhere. Some staff be out front smoking. The other housekeepers bang on your door in the mornings at 9am even if you’re not checking out. Multiple cleaning carts in hallways. My daughter is in a wheelchair and has difficulty getting around them in the mornings. Mind you check out is NOT until 11am. Breakfast is supposed to go to 10am. Staff starts pulling up breakfast at 9 am and stops making food. Again my daughter is in a wheelchair and staff is pulling up food at 9am right in front of here. Ignoring her accommodations.elevator is broken and keeps beeping. Toaster in eating area is broken, the wire element hangs out of the toaster. Shock hazard. Staff is nonchalant of issues. I could of paid money at the motel 6 and gotten better accommodations. Been coming here every year when I visit Carowinds. Obviously I need to find other accommodations. This place is not what it used to be. Its not up to Marriot Standards.

Clean rooms, clean common areas, every modern and updated, everyone friendly.

The pool was filthy which was disappointing because my children were looking forward to swimming after long days of playing in local basketball tournaments.

Had 2 tvs in the room either one worked,they gad to know this before I booked,cause whoever was in the room before had the tv stand pushed out and the faceplate of the box where the eternity cable was
