The room was peaceful and clean. The bed was comfortable, better than other solaces I stayed. The breakfast wasn’t good. The waffle mix was bad and made our stomach hurt.

We stayed 2 nights for our weekend trip to carowinds,we really liked the close location to the park. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Our 2nd time at this property. Room was comfortable and generally clean, ideal for our stay to visit Carolwinds theme park. Location was perfect and daytime staff were friendly and helpful.

Booked 2 adjoining rooms for a 4 day stay. When checking in were told no adjoining rooms - our rooms were across the hall from each other. Ok, we can make that work. Get into the rooms and 1 smelled of wet mold so bad - went down to change rooms. The next room they gave me was better, but still had a smell. Cranked the AC down and prayed it would eliminate the stench. It did get better by the 2nd day. the pool was closed and not noted in the notes when i booked the room. Breakfast is cereal, fruit, waffles, and pastries - it wasnt bad. Most of the employees were helpful, but some not so much.

We had an okay stay. Staff was helpful

The lobby and outside was clean but the actual room could use some deeper cleaning, and the shower as well. The pool was closed even though it was the middle of July and it would have been nice if that amenity was available. Breakfast was rarely replenished when things ran out. Our bathroom slider door did not slide smoothly and did not fully close, and I traveled with my father so that mades things a little uncomfortable. Check in and out was smooth.

The front desk crew was great! When I checked in the lady was super helpful and welcoming! The bed was amazing but the breakfast was less than stellar. Was in town for a huge basketball tournament- great location!
