Clean inside and outside, safe, very little noise, Ample well lit parking, beautiful, well appointed rooms, entire property looks new except it is really six years old, super comfortable beds and pillows, full-size refrigerator, microwave, plenty of drawers and shelves and hangers, great bathrooms with walk-in showers if needed,

I checked into one room, it was still dirty! I was assigned another room, roaches were crawling everywhere including the headboard! I was checked into a third room that was poorly clean!

It honestly stinks bad - especially in the elevator. A lot of mold in different places. I was on 3rd floor & apparently under a herd of elephants . There are 2 vending machines- drinks are $3 . I had no pet with me nor did I know you could bring a pet. Shower towels are the size of a hair or floor towel. I’ve been to almost every lodging location in fort mill & I’ve seen worse , but I won’t be back here for sure. Nothing within walking distance.

Our technician had to switch hotels after two nights because there was an issue with the facilites, we have been trying to get a refund with no luck so far - this is an extremely frustrating experience! The staff of reception, Tatiana, Mali and the other two (lady and man) are very good and patient. Have good attitude and are very friendly. Always kind and attentive to any need. Lots of noises! Very loud at any hour! Lots of marihuana smell everywhere due to customers use. Not a good spot for location since is surrounded by highways. No pressure in the water at all!

We waited ten minutes before the front desk employee even came to check us in. Took our stuff up and unpacked and went for dinner. Came back and got ready for bed. My friend went to the bathroom and turned on the light and there were FOUR cockroaches in there. She squished one, I wrapped it in toilet paper and took it to the front desk. The employee wasn’t there. We called on the phone and he came out. He was angry with me for bringing the dead cockroach to show him, but I am a disabled woman and my life experience has taught me that men often do not believe me or minimize what I say. He gave us keys to another room. We went to check the other room. There was white powder in the corners and on the floor and there were pieces of food and clumps of dirt on the floor. We went and packed our things, sent a message via Expedia that this was unacceptable and that we were leaving, slid the keys under the front desk barrier like we were told to do, and went to another hotel. Expedia reached out and the manager refused to cancel our reservation or refund us. I have photo and video evidence of the multiple cockroaches in our room and the mess in our replacement room. Expedia is claiming they can’t do anything else, so I guess we will be going to small claims court. Also, they charged me $390 for what should have been a $280 stay WITH the $50 refundable deposit. NEVER STAY HERE!
