The first gentle man from first night was cool then the next day I asked for towel the lady was like I need old towels I told her I haven’t showered yet still didn’t understand then finally got towel last day the general manager Veronica Adam’s was very rude. I would never recommend or go against bad service plus no housekeeper or no elevator it was out of service Nothing

Front desk personnel were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with…all in all I was only there to rest at night..

In while but that really turned me off . Also when I called for pillow after pillowcases was stain they stated they had none they also stated they only clean room every 14 days . It just gave me nasty feeling I had use my own towels and go out to But my own blanket hated it It was nasty

Not a great experience.

Location was very good and I will definitely stay in these Hotels again. Well worth the money. Very secure. Adequate parking.

clean rooms great staff property was nice

The floors... even though they were wood. They were so filthy. Including the halls elevators and lobby. In the room the floors were not sweeped.... left over toothbrush under bathroom cabinet. Its was like cleaning the floors with filthy water over and over and not sweeping. No coffee service or tea as advertised. The front desk was still locked down at 7am. No staff in sight. Attitude from the the front desk staff upon arrival. Just because we are on a budget.... does not mean we deserve filth. Best of all to charge $60 for the night for a 12 hour stay for a 12 pound service dog is abusive...... i could not even place the dog on the floor. Keep it moving.... must be better out there.

Location This property left my room open all day until I came back, I was on a work assignment, I had my personal property and work things in my room, I told the staff and no one could give me a answer or apologize to me so unprofessional!

Management was very nasty aind employee was getting high all day smoking marijuana drinking alcohol room was not properly cleaned and they try to overcharge me try to charge my card two times and I never see the refund for that they charge my card $65 extra and I never see the refund I would never ever stay at woodspring suit again for me everybody was so rude nasty disrespectful people getting high on the job and letting thete kids get high with them had a very bad experience

It’s a great location to Carowinds amusement park and food stores are walking distance The location to Carowinds

Nice kitchen, clean room

location Whole hotel had a really gross food smell. There were always a ton of people everywhere that lived there. Loud noises a lot. Mattress felt like an air mattress. No conditioner provided and no daily maid service. Price ended up being like a luxury hotel in Charlotte and I had picked this further away one to save money. For the price, I could have stayed at a cozy hotel in a better location that wouldn't have literally left a funky smell on my clothes.

The kitchen had no utensils I had to buy pans and paperware. I ask for clean wash clothes and towels and I was told you have to bring the dirty ones down… never heard that in my life. No ice machine so I had to buy that too. Too many dogs on the property! Pitbull’s and other. Huge dogs! To me I think it’s half a shelter and half hotel! The room has a slight smell so I had to by air freshener also. But I mange for my 4 day stay! It was an experience though! Found hair on the tub. The staff was cool. If you don’t mind all the things I mentioned it can work for a few days I guess!

What I dont like is people gather outside the lobby to smoke and chat, gives bad look.
