The hotel had a pretty setting. Staff was nice. There was a fridge, but no microwave. There was coffee in room but not enough cream and sugar to match. All in all, I was happy with the hotel. The only problem was a noisy family upstairs that kept running around. I should have asked for another room but did not.

Our flight got cancelled and we ended up here an extra two nights. It was great! The staff was kind, the room was clean and stations, AC worked amazing and they had a pack and play for our daughter.

Additionally, breakfast was frustrating. I booked through Hotels.com and had a breakfast pass included with my reservation, but getting breakfast each morning was more complicated than it should have been and required unnecessary back-and-forth. The staff was generally courteous, but these issues prevented the stay from meeting expectations. There is definitely room for improvement.
