Fabulous breakfast! Friendly staff

Located in an excellent area, the hotel is well maintained. The rooms are nice and clean overall. I love this place.

I love having access to a kitchen in my room. I enjoyed the BBQ Area and the kids enjoyed the pool.

My room 409 had a major mechanical issue in the freezer. It created a very loud machine gun type noise lasting 7-40 minutes at a time on and off throughout my stay. I stayed 2 nights and never slept more than 1-2 hours before it started up again. Maintenance came 4 times. Juan and Kenny tried hard to fix it. But it was still being repaired at my checkout. I booked the hotel thru Expedia and Homewood Suites could not comp my stay even though I’m a Hilton Club member. This 2 night stay followed me traveling from Michigan to take care of my 93yo mother in the hospital and inpatient rehab. For 13 days, I was 12-24 hours per day at her side. I desperately needed to rest up for my trip home. The Homestead by Hilton rooms mechanical problem prevented rest and cost me critical energy for my return home. The staff and hotel, its pool and complimentary breakfast were delightful. Evi the manager called me once I was home. She is asking Expedia to comp at least one day of my stay. That would be well received after my unfortunate experience . I have 3 videos recording the obnoxious sound the freezer made if someone from Expedia would like to view/hear what I experienced.

This place was wonderful! The staff members were awesome! Super helpful. Family of 6, there for 9 days. Breakfast was great, not to many places there offer it. Would definitely recommend it!!

room was very well equipped and modern. Breakfast choice very good. always clean and tidy. I am a single female travelling for work and the location was spot on with places to eat and shop just across the road.

We were only here for one night but the room was perfect! The bed was super comfortable!

We spent a week at this hotel. The people who work the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I was thankful they had fruit loops for breakfast because the hot food was slightly warm to cold. The woman that do breakfast are very friendly. Our room was clean but housekeeping kept forgetting to service our room.it was disappointing to go to front desk to get clean towels because they forgot to clean. I would probably not return to this hotel because the smell of marijuana was strong in hallways and elevators. I mentioned it to front desk but nothing happened. The workers were friendly but didn’t speak much English so the communication was limited. This was my experience but everyone has different experiences.

Sherill at the front desk was outstanding. The ladies at the breakfast roon very attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious and well mantained with nice amenities.

We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The staff was attentive to our needs and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The location is also very convenient—just minutes from the airport, which made catching our early flight stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was wonderful however, Expedia was not very helpful in adjusting my itinerary so I had to pay for days that we weren’t at the hotel because they lagged on sending notifications to the hotel.
