Sherill at the front desk was outstanding. The ladies at the breakfast roon very attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious and well mantained with nice amenities.

We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The staff was attentive to our needs and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The location is also very convenient—just minutes from the airport, which made catching our early flight stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was wonderful however, Expedia was not very helpful in adjusting my itinerary so I had to pay for days that we weren’t at the hotel because they lagged on sending notifications to the hotel.

Shelly at the front desk was excellent. The room was perfect for our needs. The breakfast every morning was good. Please come up with items that aren't make your own burritos and sausage everyday.

Muy buen ubicación, el personal es muy amigable, los ascensores están un poco viejos y lentos, pero en general el hotel se conserva muy bien las áreas comunes son bien agradables. Los cuartos están sumamente limpio y el servicio es impecable. También las habitaciones son muy espaciosas un motor muy cómodo para ir en familia.

Mini vacation getaway! Facility and rooms were very clean. The employees are pleasant and professional. Kudos to the management team for having an array of employees who make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Shoutout to Nadine at front desk who went above and beyond to ensure my request were accommodated. From the moment you enter the hotel until you check out, all smiles from the staff. Also the breakfast attendants and cleaning crew, YOU guys ROCK!!!We truly value the hospitality! Wish more hotels provided this kind of services…

The hospitality at this hotel is truly something special. Every single staff member from housekeeping, the cleaning staff, the breakfast attendants, and everyone in between made us feel welcomed and comfortable.You can genuinely tell they love what they do and are not simply showing up for work.They reminded me of what true hospitality used to be: caring service, kindness, professionalism, and making guests feel relaxed and valued. The amenities were wonderful as well. Having coffee available throughout the day was such a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast was excellent every morning.The pool area was consistently clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, comfortable, and inviting. Another major plus was the free parking, the noon check-out time which is rare and greatly appreciated and the 3 PM check-in, which is earlier than many other hotels. There are so many great things I could say about this place, but what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff! We will be back soon!

Great helpful staff and the rooms had more than you need

Breakfast is phenomenal

Hotel was what the price said. Needs updates the elevator kept shutting the doors and jamming took the stairs multiple times. The pool was ok. The morning breakfast was a basic breakfast like I said you pay for what you get. This hotel did its job we were there for baseball so we didn’t expect much out of it. They only clean the room every other day and they didn’t even change my top bed sheet I know because I saw the same small rip. The ceiling fan was very noisy didn’t use it for that reason it just rattled but the AC worked.

Nothing unique about the staff. The staff was horrible. Promises to fulfill something was never met. Complained to the AI text services and complaint still wasn't met. So I will never stay at a Homewood suites again. To top it off their solution to the problem was to offer me some complementary bottle of water. So having a small tub shower comps two free bottles of water. Not having a soap shower dispenser working properly you guessed right another offer of complementary bottle of water.
