Drury Inn & Suites Fort Myers Airport FGCU

Drury Hoteles are always so consistently clean, friendly staff, and nice breakfast.

Staff was so friendly, amenities were great, evening bar/dinner was delish and it was convenient to not have to leave the property… breakfast was warm, had plenty of options and ample space. It was our forst time staying at Drury and we were so impressed.

I will definitely recommend and come back to this location. The hotel was very clean and had great amenities and staff. I only had two issues. 1 big issue is that guests and hotel staff should know that the wipes supposedly provided for wiping gym equipment I found today in the gym area are not safe for skin. The container says so in yellow stickers(pictured). So the cleanliness of the gym was a worry, as I could not safely wipe the equipment down. Second, after using the gym in the morning, I asked the maid at 9:30 for towels so that I could take a shower before checking out. The maid gave the towels, asked for my room number and then reported to me that my room was checked out already. Surprised, I replied that we are checking out at 11? The passive aggressive comment was not well received, especially as a parting communication. Everything else was great, though.

We had a one night stay due to a flight delay and did not have a car so we actually used the airport shuttle twice. Both times the service was quick and prompt. We had breakfast and dinner at the Drury Inn and enjoyed both. We splurged on the half price deserts from the bar while watching the sunset from our room. The pool is huge and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and so helpful with our luggage and letting us check in early. There was a very large group for a nearby baseball tournament but the rooms were still quiet. There is a very large outdoor mall nearby if you would like to do some shopping as well as 3 or 4 restaurants on the same street for other meals. We found the beds comfortable, the shower clean, the water hot and the AC quiet.

The snacks and drinks in the evening are a great thing.

Only negative thing about this place was that it only had one elevator available for use. Being on the 7th floor and waiting, I definitely got my steps in.

The staff lady on duty was extremely helpful and kind. She told us about breakfast and said we could take a snack that she was just starting to put out. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 3am.

Great property close to everything. We just needed to stay a night somewhere close and clean and this was perfect.

Staff is amazing an always so kind and helpful! Bonus points for the free buffet/cocktail hour!

Great experience for my son and I! Loved the pool & hot tub…the breakfast & dinner were a bonus. We really enjoyed our time and would stay again for sure! The staff was so nice and accommodating.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and FGCU. My son will be attending FGCU and I will definitely be staying here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle drivers were so friendly and the vans themselves are very nice. The hotel was immaculate and if you don’t have your own transportation, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. My room was clean and exactly as advertised. The 3 drinks and food each evening are a great plus.

I cannot say enough about the manager. Picked us up at the airport, would not accept a tip and was extremely welcoming and friendly from the get go. Hotel was very clean, poolside was very nice and the drink and food perks made our 1 day/night stay perfect!

Mason, the front desk guy was awesome! The hotel was so clean and had some extra great amenities we were not expecting! I already have my next trip booked for when I go back to FGCU to visit my son.

Only one working elevator for most of our stay. On the last day, they were both broken. Hotel needs updating.
