Love that I could get a shuttle to and from airport Even at 430 in the morning when shuttle wasn't running they paid for an Uber for me.
-
Drawbacks: the baked potatos were overcooked and not edible. I recently had some dental work and needed soft foods. Everything else was good. The mattress in my room could have used a mattress cover as the padding on top wasn't great and there were divets in the mattress.

The customer service great. The General Manager is one of a kind. She is excellent.
-
The staff was so attentive & friendly, they were so aware they knew our flight was late coming in. The breakfast was great. Also, they keep a locked front door which I personally loved, it added that extra layer of security.
-
Also, the food was terrible. I will not be coming back.
-
Wife and I will stay there again.

We had a great experience at Drury Inn & Suites! Everything was clean. Air conditioning was working well. Staff members were nice and helpful. We had a problem with the minibar, but they changed it for a new one immediately. I will recommend it!
