The room is perfect, clean, too big, comfortable,

Hair conditioner bottle was empty in the shower, front desk was missing for some time when had to check out

The elevators smell like stainless steel cleaner. I would recommend the staff use a drop cloth so the carpet doesn’t absorb the any more cleaner. Lastly, it appears the contractor who originally built the building, neglected to place the rubber bumpers on all the internal door jambs. Resulting in every door making more noise than necessary when shut. The jams have holes for the bumpers. Since building already transmits noise freely (I could hear the occupant in the room above urinating in the bathroom), why have the doors creating even more noise?

Very convenient to I-75, very clean The only complaint I have was that the bed in room 522 is very uncomfortable, it should probably be replaced

Have a kitchen with all you need, it’s like a little studio. The only thing I hated was the mattress. Extremely plush, it goes all the way down when you lay on it, apparently all rooms have the same extra soft mattress, no support.

Seemed very clean to me, but I did have to ask them to take my rubbish out on day 2. Internet was down the whole 1st evening, but not the hotel's fault, and staff tried to help. Mera and Kate especially helpful.

The breakfast had all the basics for an excellent meal. The linen was clean, crisp, and had a nice aroma.

Place is great however, they charge a $20.00 deposit a day as security, but it takes for ever and a bunch of phone calls get that money back into my account.

Very convenient location, close to the airport and I75. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was always hot and had supplies filled.
