Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Myers at I-75 and Gulf Coast Town Center

We stayed in the ADA accessible room and the height adjustable shower head was broken in there. Besides that it was fantastic very clean and modern.

Nice place, clean and staff are professional. The room is clean spacious, the kitchen was a plus. The only down side is that there’s NO light above the kitchen. I originally plan to cook our meals but you’ll need a head light or some kind of light to be able to see your cooking.

I loved the layout of the room, the full kitchen feature and the location of the property. The Wi-Fi in the room wasn't working well so Netflix and other apps like Youtube didn't work on the TV. I did however like the feature that all credentials pertaining to my log-in to the apps are cleared upon check out.

The property was very clean and presentable. The room was big and spacious and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was the very best!! The staff member that greeted us when we arrived was an absolute angel. She was friendly and welcoming, answered all of our questions and she knew we traveled quite a distance so she didn't hold us up. Her name is Ana. I hope Ana gets a basil lbeautiful bonus or raise for her outstanding customer service. Thank you to all the staff for making our quick little family getaway feel like a giant hug😍

The one thing I'd mention as an area for improvement is housekeeping: throughout our entire stay, the room was only made up one day. Other than that, everything was excellent. Best regards, Adolfo
