Comfort Suites Fort Stockton

The property was nice. Seems new and updated. We got an accessible room which was nice to have a hose in the shower to wash little kids. Didn’t have a living room area, we were hoping to have a pull out sofa to have an extra sleep space. They also didn’t have any parking for us since we were hauling a trailer, we had to park on the street. Breakfast was decent. I liked the coffee machine. The pancake machine didn’t fully cook the pancakes so it was doughy and gross. The beds were a little hard but it wasn’t too bad. One of the best we have had on our trip. Overall it’s pretty good, would stay here again.

It was good for one night stay. We were headed to NM the next day.

There were overgrown weeds and the only place to park a trailer was in the back. It did not feel safe. Additionally the spa was not working.

In an age of overpriced travel accommodations this hotel was a nice surprise. Priced just under a hundred but very clean and pleasant. The pillows are simply the best and the sheets seem much more 5 star so I am very pleased with Comfort Suites!

There were bugs in the bathroom and the room. The whole building was extremely hot. Even trying to get our room to cool down was nearly impossible..

Nice big room. Internet not great. Only one elevator. Never made breakfast. Nice shower.

Property was good. Lots of parking. Breakfast was regular highway hotel breakfast. Safe area.

Clean quiet room and good breakfast. Pool was closed early and heaters weren't working. That was pretty much the only downside. Otherwise a good place to stop overnight with the family.

Overall. Ok. Comfortable bed. Very small pillows. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Ran out of everything. Took forever to replenish. Even ran out of plastic forks. Irritated people waiting for better service. We didn't bother with buffet for following four days.

Pool was not working

We chose this place because the price was right and the pool and hot tub looked decent. We were looking forward to relaxing in the pool before getting on the road again. Upon check in we saw a sign on the counter that said the pool and hot tub heater was not working! We told the clerk we would need a minute to discuss whether we wanted to stay. The clerk assured us that it was so hot outside that the water is lukewarm and the pool could still be used. We checked in, took our baggage to the room, which was 90 degrees or more! The window unit AC wasn't even on! We turned it on immediately and went down to the pool while the room 'cooled down'. It never did. When we went down to the pool, we found it disgusting! It wasn't just ice cold it wasn't even being circulated and had not been for days! So we went back up to our hot room which never cooled to less than 78 degrees. It was a hot night! The breakfast attendant was very kind and attentive, but even with that, we will never stay in a Comfort Suites again! Not only should the issue with the pool have been advertised BEFORE booking, the room should have been cooled and ready as they knew we were coming! Oh and the refrigerator was not on either! That did cool down though LOL

Basic stay in a basic hotel. Lower rating was due to the property cutting corners. Putting away breakfast at 9 am when breakfast is set to go till 9:30, no water in the lobby until 3 pm (is that hydrating hour?) broken ice machine on the first floor.

The room was clean, comfy bed, the only downside was the bathtub had obvious rust spots.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I had was there was kids running through the hallways, kicking the doors several times throughout the night. I called the front desk after the fourth time and they seem to have handled it. Other than that would highly recommend breakfast was very good and location was very safe.

Great service by all employees and great free parking.
