We chose this place because the price was right and the pool and hot tub looked decent. We were looking forward to relaxing in the pool before getting on the road again. Upon check in we saw a sign on the counter that said the pool and hot tub heater was not working! We told the clerk we would need a minute to discuss whether we wanted to stay. The clerk assured us that it was so hot outside that the water is lukewarm and the pool could still be used. We checked in, took our baggage to the room, which was 90 degrees or more! The window unit AC wasn't even on! We turned it on immediately and went down to the pool while the room 'cooled down'. It never did. When we went down to the pool, we found it disgusting! It wasn't just ice cold it wasn't even being circulated and had not been for days! So we went back up to our hot room which never cooled to less than 78 degrees. It was a hot night! The breakfast attendant was very kind and attentive, but even with that, we will never stay in a Comfort Suites again! Not only should the issue with the pool have been advertised BEFORE booking, the room should have been cooled and ready as they knew we were coming! Oh and the refrigerator was not on either! That did cool down though LOL

Basic stay in a basic hotel. Lower rating was due to the property cutting corners. Putting away breakfast at 9 am when breakfast is set to go till 9:30, no water in the lobby until 3 pm (is that hydrating hour?) broken ice machine on the first floor.

The room was clean, comfy bed, the only downside was the bathtub had obvious rust spots.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I had was there was kids running through the hallways, kicking the doors several times throughout the night. I called the front desk after the fourth time and they seem to have handled it. Other than that would highly recommend breakfast was very good and location was very safe.

Breakfast good and not crowded, staff helpful , place and rooms clean bed and bedding comfortable and clean BR clean . Few small bugs around- maybe because First floor close to a side door that was not locked and under door to room a lot of space. Toilet way too short. Add body wash to Bathroom beside shampoo and conditioner

Pool and spa motor not working so could not use . Ice machine broken on our floor . Staff very helpful and friendly, areas clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast good .

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, limited commercial vehicle and towed vehicle parking, walking distance to convenience store and restaurants, Walmart near., ok shower pressure, hot breakfast

The bathroom condition was terrrible. One area of the bath tub and the door frame inaide the bathroom were rusted. I will attach the photos to show the condition.

Very noisy BUT this was not the motels fault, felt like a Mexican ice-cream truck drove by hourly. CLEAN great parking and I will stay again. There is a nice steakhouse right up the street.
