An excellent stay that was just what I needed on the long drive home. Check-in was easy and the staff member I worked with, Mrs. Dulce was friendly and efficient. We got a room that was quiet and out of the way with everything in good working order.

Staff was extremely kind and attentive. They accommodated myself and my parents earlier than expected. We had a couple of issues that were IMMEDIATELY addressed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping in Ft. Stockton.

Breakfast menu was fresh and had a good selection. Our room was clean and everything was working fine. Our room was handicap equipped even though we didn't ask for one, but came in handy as we are senior citizens. My main issue was the bed, why are they so high. This is common in a lot of motels and I don't understand it. I am not short by any means, but I like for my feet to touch the floor when I sit on a bed. Otherwise excellent accomodations.

I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn several times and have always had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good. I’ve also booked last minute and arrived late without any issues. Overall, a consistently good and reliable hotel.

One of the biggest issues was that the fire alarms kept going off on and off for about an hour while maintenance was being done. There was no warning or communication to guests. When we asked the front desk about it, the clerk brushed off our concerns and showed very little customer service, which was disappointing. The room appeared clean, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and the pipes, which made the stay less comfortable. It wasn't a terrible experience, but between the lack of communication, poor customer service, and the bathroom odor, I would likely choose a different hotel next time.

It’s a well used hotel, it’s showing age, however it’s functional to get some rest without worry, staff was very friendly.
