The room was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and it was easily accessible off the the interstate. What we didn't like was the pool was out of service, there was no coffee in the morning, and the vending machine would not take my money.

The property looked poorly. Not kept up. I checked online and it showed completely different so I didn’t appreciate seeing it in such bad shape It was dirty and filthy. Didn’t feel safe and couldn’t even sleep. The ac unit was not working properly at all

Front desk staff was very polite and the room was very clean. However, when I asked for change, front desk said they didn't have any cash. I also noticed that the swimming pool was not available for use. I still give it a 4.

Bed was good TV broken, lights broken, no ice, front manager had no answers and hid in back room

That the room smelled bad there was left over food from the last person that stayed there the sheets smelled bad too

For the price and location, it does the job. Bed and room is descent. There are couple drawbacks, such as pool not available, or the areas being a bit unmaintained, stairs, concrete walls and pathways. However, it is the price for what you pay. Bed is pretty good, had a good rest and Air conditioning fully operational.

The lady at the front was nice. Extremely dirty floors and room in general. A/C barely worked. Broken shower floor. Really doesn’t look like the room even gets cleaned. It stinks.

They put me and my disabled dad on the second floor 500 feet away from the stairs. The staff only gave me one key because they were out of them. The pool looked like something out of a apocalypse movie. The door and deadbolt were broken like somebody had kicked the door in. The AC didn't cool the room. The WIFI didn't work. The fans in the bathroom rattled loudly. The bathroom faucet just sprayed water all over the counter and room. The shower head was just on a loose pipe that I almost accidentally ripped out of the wall trying to adjust it. The beds had weird black specs on them. I tried calling the reception to complain and the phone in the room didn't work as it wasn't connected to anything. Stay away from this property at all costs.

Nice quiet place with plenty of parking. Air conditioner was blowing cold perfect for the Texas heat. Love the price for the night.

Had no hot water

The shower did not work,no hot water. Upon checking out clerk stated she knew shower did not work but did not do anything to else but state they were supposed to change the room before we checked in.
