I was surprised we had to pay for our breakfast, that it was not included !

Clean and very well taken care of

After reading online reviews of this hotel, we were skeptical-but I don’t understand why it received negative reviews. Everything was fine.

Loved the room and walk in shower.

The sliding barn doors on the bathrooms HAVE TO GO!! I had to wait 10 minutes (again this visit) for someone at the front desk to show up. No one to be found. Clients should always be greeted at reception the moment they walk in. Hotel is understaffed.

The only thing I would change is how rough the towels are, and the coffee downstairs in the restaurant was bitter (regular brew). The breakfast menu was very nice, our food was very tasty, and I loved having juice in stemware. Haha

Nice new hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor patio area with Friday night live music. Clean rooms. Quiet at night. Would definitely stay again but would not recommend “deluxe” king room- it’s a really awkward set up in the room and next to no lighting in the room at night except a spotlight type lamp and the bed placed right where air conditioning blows on your face. Other rooms I walked by had more traditional set up and I would have preferred one of those.

Beautiful campus. Looks like new. Room was perfect and clean. Staff was so friendly at the front desk.

Clean and quiet property

It is constantly clean, and staff is always kind and helpful. This time was an especially good experience, as the room was nice and cool upon arrival. (It was horribly hot outside.) We also got free breakfast, as the restaurant was closed for a holiday. My complaints are that the bathroom exhaust fan did not work this time, and the mini fridge is never very cold. Otherwise, always a great stay.

Coffee was great. We didn’t have time for breakfast. Shower was good, would have liked a hand shower attachment. Loved all the pillows. Plenty of towels. Sorry it was only one night! Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well leaving yucky residue as it was soooo slow. We arrived back to the room late, after an event, and did not report sink issue until morning. Question: why did not the service person who cleaned the room report it. When they cleaned the sink they should have noticed a problem.
