The location was perfect for visiting a relative at Parkview Medical Center. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and the facilities were clean. I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express Ft. Wayne. One drawback was the location of the room overlooking the rear entrance. People don't realize how loud their voices are at night. I had to tap on the window at 1:30am to ask them to be quiet.

Clean room breakfast

No reservation thru booking. Com was found when we arrived. Location found a room (ADA accessible) after a long wait. The room had black mold forming on the ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff was friendly and apologetic. We would not stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. It was very clean and well maintained.

We were on the ground floor. Room 130. Two of the three nights we stayed the room above us was loud! Banging on the floor. From 10pm until after midnight. We told the front desk but they would not move us or contact the people that were making the noise.

Quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast! Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Great stay!

Good breakfast

Could not accommodate a walk in shower for handicapped senior.

But I should not have to ask for glasses/cups for our room. We only had one for two of us, and then I used their coffee cups. It may sound silly but that is why we picked Holiday Inn for their service. The shower door did not stay closed, so water was all over the floor. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, the staff was very nice and worked hard. I have no complaints with that. It was not up to Holiday Inn standards.

Room was dirty, items on the floor of room. The bathroom fan didn’t work and soap dispenser didn’t work. The lobby was hot, garbage cans overflowing outside of entrance. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7:30am on the weekends.
