Hampton Inn Ft. Wayne/Dupont Road

Hard to work tv. Air blew on me directly and if turned down it was too warm. May look for newer facility when I return to area. Staff was excellent, it was clean.

Great place to stay!! Gave my dogs treats.

The staff at check in and when we checked out were super kind and helpful. The temperature of the jacuzzi was nice but the jets weren’t. The room though was disappointing. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. It had a weird arrangement with the our backs to the door when we laid in bed, just odd. The bed frame was exposed and looked cheap. The pillows were flat as pancakes. The fan rattled all night long. The fire alarm went off at 8am with no information. The jacuzzi had one decent jet and the 4 or 5 others were not powerful at all or broken. For the price this did not meet expectations.

I had spinal surgery across the street at Parkview hospital. The staff was so accommodating and attentive to my needs. They were both friendly and empathetic.

Check in and out was quick and easy. Both employees were friendly. Pillows were good. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Mattress was too firm for me. Scrub the bathroom floor.

Rooms should be cleaner.

I stayed at this hotel because I was having spinal surgery and it was across from the hospital. Everyone at the hotel was so kind, and accommodating, making sure I had clean sheets daily and always asking how I was doing. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

We had a great trip to Fort Wayne, the room was great and clean and the fridge and microwave were super helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool but I do think a few more chairs in there would have been nice. The breakfast was worth it and we enjoyed it! Thank you for the staff for being kind!

Staff was awesome. With newer hotels as options in the area, ownership should look at a total rehab. The half assed rehab shows.

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions that I had to the best of their ability. The kids loved the pool as well and the hot tub was like perfect. When I booked the room, I booked it because it said it would have a sofa bed in the room and it only had 2 queen beds. 2 of my children had to sleep on the floor because we did not have that sofa bed. I was a little upset. They told me that they would look to see if they could find the rollaway bed but did not hear otherwise. We just figured it was in another room already.

Breakfast was very good

I enjoyed the gym and hot tub. My son enjoyed the pool.

The Pool was amazing as well as the jacuzzi Breakfast could use a little less fake crap the chocolate muffins tasted like plastic and my sheets were never changed before we got the room so my 3months old and I and my husband all slept in a dirty blood stained bed , once realized we all had to shower ...?

Nothing they did, but I wish hotels would design hotels so noise levels were better between floors. You can hear people just walking around.

The hot tub! It’s the reason we booked this hotel. It that many left at hotels. Carpet in the hallway was disgusting. Pillows were absolutely terrible. Coffee was soooo watered down.
