Very clean everything

It was a very dated hotel

The main lobby area was fairly clean and inviting, but the front desk staff when we arrived didn't bother to greet us and both individuals were "busy" trying to change rooms for another family that had checked in a little bit ahead of us, since apparently their room was "hazy" and smelled strange. After waiting about 10 minutes for the one of the front desk staff to somewhat greet us, we were able to check in without issue. Our room had stains on the carpet, but the bathroom and beds were clean. The breakfast was ok.

The front desk was very helpful. They were willing to accommodate our needs for a group of 6. Enjoyed our stay.

Upon walking up to the front door, I was pleasantly surprised how clean the outside of the property was. Check in was easy, and efficient. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the individual touch of a phone call from staff to ensure the room met my expectations and to ask if there was anything that I needed. It was nice to be recognized as a human guest, not just another number in the cog of the machine. HIGHLY recommend this property! I will definitely be back.

Room was a little humid and musty, but clean. We used the washer and dryer which cleaned our clothes fine enough. The front desk sells detergent for $2 and it’s $3.50 each to wash/dry (takes quarters or card).

Big room. Good stay for work..

My wife and I booked king suite for two nights while visiting our adult children and 5 grandchildren over the July 4th weekend. Our room was very spacious but only had meager furnishing for a suite- bed, desk, couch, coffee table, TV stand with larger hotel freezer/ fridge. We liked the larger fridge with a small freezer space; that was handy for our cooler. The room had ample room for an upholstered chair, but only had the couch for seating. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were small squares not even queen-sized much less king. The bathroom area had two sinks - which was nice, but no shower curtain. The staff did fix that quickly. Our biggest complaint is that they made us sign an agreement stating we would not let any of our family swim in their pool. As grandparents who don't even use the pool ourselves, we always get a hotel with a pool so our grandchildren can swim and the adults can visit. We won't be staying here again.

Want to say that the hotel is clean and staff helpful but only one suggestion: because the.check out is at 12pm the breakfast will be nice to last until 10am.

Great accommodations

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. It never disappoints! Always have a blast with the family in the pool. Breakfast is very good. Close proximity to restaurants and events.

The tub had no slip strips. The curtain rod was coming out of the tile, so the curtain kept sliding to the middle of the tub- causing water on the floor or wet floor mats. Friday night was a mess with some patrons causing issues, local police were called, about using a room on the floor we were on. Couldn’t use the pool Saturday night because a group of older teens ( maybe 18-20yo) made it their mission to cause excessive waves, water everywhere and just generally not welcoming for anyone else wanting to use the pool. A hair in the scrambled eggs on Saturday- which we attributed to other travelers spending the night and eating breakfast. We were extremely disappointed!
