The room was clean, but the pool was dirty and I did not feel comfortable getting in.

We had an amazing stay! Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful! Great pool! Great breakfast! We'll stay here again!

Rooms had a super strong chemical smell and were not super clean. Shower did not drain well and would fill up the tub very quickly. Breakfast was standard/good.

The Front desk staff could’ve been friendlier. I also left an earring in my room and they said they could not help me return it. I’d have to come back and pick it up but I’m out of state so that was not possible. I offered to pay for postage to have it

The outside property is very well kepted. The breakfast was nice and pretty decent. Staff was awesome. Our only problem was that the room smelled liked a wet dog. We went to local Walmart and brought some Lysol spray to help with if. We only slept there so it wasn't too bad. Mangers should think about having rooms specifically for guest with dogs. The smell never went away over our three day stay

Very nice clean. The only complaint we have is that we had a handicap room, which was located, a very long way from the elevator. Not a good scenario for an old handicap person

Christopher (front desk) is inconsiderate, unprofessional and outright not capable of his job title. He lied about cancellation and should be held accountable. I would recommend new management. In addition, leaving for work at 5:55 am and receiving a scolding because I grabbed an orange and a glass of apple juice at that time instead of waiting till 6:00 am.
