Comfort Suites Fort Wayne North

The outside and inside of the hotel was very unkept. There were bugs in our bathroom and hairs on the sink when we arrived. The pull out bed had wrappers and hair so we did not end up using that. Overall the hotel was very dirty and grimy. I would never stay here again

The drains in the sink and bathtub were bad.

Under renovation. Poor breakfast quality. Not hot tub like other Comfort Inns. Clean room, fridge, microwave, spacious. Good price.

Everything was good staff was friendly and the place was clean. The breakfast left a lot to desire.

SCAMMERS. Charge extra fees for things that don’t make sense They’re unorganized, unprofessional and steal money.

was very disappointed that they charged an additional $50 for a pet fee. Also, they had nothing at their breakfast at 8:30 and they would not replenish because they said it was so close to the clothes of the breakfast buffet.

Room was refreshed but not clean and needed to be cleaned again. Then 2 days in…bed bugs! Never again.

The breakfast was cold and a joke

The air conditioner didn’t work in one of our rooms. We got in very late so were too tired to change rooms. When we took the stairs the next morning to go to breakfast, the stairwell was very dirty and smelled really bad. They had biscuits and gravy and the gravy was basically water. I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This one was up there as one of the worst

The room was clean and you can tell they are doing renovations- but, the elevator is dirty, the lobby is plain, coffee isn’t very good, breakfast - the basics.

Stayed here overnight. The area is great with lots of things to do. The hotel itself was not the best but it did what it was supposed to do for the night. The property is in the middle of renovating, but my floor/room was competed which was nice. The doors/walls are thin. Heard every door slam throughout the night, plus every voice that spoke. Didn’t use the pool, but it was available to use. The breakfast was basic but didn’t have eggs which was weird for me lol.

The staff were nice. There were stains on the bedsheets… my room had broken things left and right.. the bathroom had glitter glue on the door… breakfast toast had mold on it.. the pool smelt like it had a little to much chlorine… my personal experience wasn’t the best.. I will not be staying here again.
