Manager needs to work on hospitality...corner of shower had mold...rusty soap holder. Otherwise clean

The carpet in my room had a huge sticky spot in the middle so I finally had to put a towel over it because it grossed me out. So frustrating and still was not cheap. Would love to have my money refunded

Overall, staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. However, the hotel itself was very dirty and not well maintained. Stains on the bedsheets, dirty floors, bathroom, and hallways. Additionally, the pool was not open for use and when I asked why, they explained it was a maintenance issue they could not fix. The cleanliness was such an issue that I cut my trip short. When I spoke with the manager to explain the issues with cleanliness and request a refund for the last day of my stay, the manager stated he would not give a refund due to me not letting them know enough in advance. As I was leaving, I overheard another guest complaining of bedbugs in her room. Do not stay here!!

Dirty, pool is despicable. The breakfast is brutal. The food tastes stale. The rooms are really nice and beds are comfy. Comfort inn should take away their franchise

I had to go and get towels because they never actually service the room the whole stay

The staff was noice but the hotel in general was dirty. The room they assigned at first reeked of smoke. The second room was better but the curtains wouldn't close so all night my room was flooded with city lights. There was no way to turn off the room register fan so it ran loudly all night. I would not stay here again,

I didn't like the staff when I checked on. He was rude. I really didn't like that I had to be charge an extra fee because I was local. I was charged 100.00 because of damages. Its refunded after my stay as long as zi don't have damages to the room. Its crazy policy and th d was he spoke of local guests. Thr beds were too low and the restaurant that I ordered food from was terrible. Hated the breakfast. The meat was over cooked. You only could eat in the dining area. The hotel looked old.

Room was clean wifi didnt connect for me. Bathroom sink was clogged but other than that it was ok not many chanels to choose from either

The outside and inside of the hotel was very unkept. There were bugs in our bathroom and hairs on the sink when we arrived. The pull out bed had wrappers and hair so we did not end up using that. Overall the hotel was very dirty and grimy. I would never stay here again

The drains in the sink and bathtub were bad.

Under renovation. Poor breakfast quality. Not hot tub like other Comfort Inns. Clean room, fridge, microwave, spacious. Good price.

was very disappointed that they charged an additional $50 for a pet fee. Also, they had nothing at their breakfast at 8:30 and they would not replenish because they said it was so close to the clothes of the breakfast buffet.

Room was refreshed but not clean and needed to be cleaned again. Then 2 days in…bed bugs! Never again.
